High-speed railway stations and their surrounding areas are not only a node in the highspeed railway network,but also places with centralized facilities and diversified land use functions.In recent years,the interaction between stations and cities at home and abroad has been increasing.It has a wide range of aggregation efficiency of factors such as people and capital flow and a significant trend of station and city integration.However,a review of relevant domestic theoretical research and practical experience shows that the agglomeration potential of station areas generally needs to be explored,the connotation of agglomeration efficiency still needs to be explored,and the problem of insufficient agglomeration efficiency needs to be improved.Overall,based on the high-speed rail traffic complex station converging efficiency related concepts and the basis of theoretical research,first of all,with the help of urban traffic and the same land utilization the overall evolution characteristics of the historical data on the sample the same inquiry,on the basis of analysis the action mechanism and the factors affecting the effectiveness of station agglomeration,And then with the help of SPSS analytic hierarchy process scientific performance evaluation system of gathering,through the overall evaluation classification samples of the same concentration levels of efficiency,and through comparing summarizes the overall comparison and points type the common reason of each type of station agglomeration efficiency restriction and accumulation efficiency of the main factors that restrict all kinds of typical station,The optimization strategy is put forward for each restriction factor.Firstly,the connotation of station-city integration and agglomeration efficiency mentioned in this paper is analyzed,and the relationship between them is sorted out.Clear the research object in this paper the same agglomeration efficiency refers to the station traffic agglomeration efficiency and station efficiency of urban development under the synergy degree and potential,to realize the objective of standing city fusion can reflect the high-speed rail traffic complex station volume concentration and efficiency of passenger evacuation and station converging flow,capital flow,and other elements and intensive utilization of land of social and economic benefits.Secondly,through the relevant factors of history and statistics of data mining methods,high-speed rail before and after the opening of 18 samples standing body of station traffic aggregation ability and station of the historical evolution of the urban development ability analysis,summed up the high-speed traffic agglomeration body ability present increasingly concentrated passenger flow,high-speed rail station city development ability presents the common characteristic of land is becoming more and more intensive.On the basis of this cognition,the influencing factors and mechanisms of agglomeration efficiency of high-speed railway station area are analyzed from four aspects: social economy,natural environment,public policy and station itself.Then,starting from the two system layers of station passenger flow distribution efficiency and station land intensive benefit,the evaluation system of station area agglomeration efficiency is constructed,which consists of six factor layers of station area transfer efficiency,transportation efficiency,service efficiency,station area structural benefit,economic benefit and social benefit and 20 index layers.After applying the evaluation system to 18 sample stations,the comprehensive evaluation results show that chongqing North Railway Station has the highest agglomeration efficiency,while Nanchong North Railway Station has the lowest agglomeration efficiency.Through k-means clustering analysis,the agglomeration efficiency level of sample stations can be divided into three levels of high,medium and low agglomeration.There are 5 stations with high concentration,8 stations with moderate concentration and 5 stations with low concentration.With the help of SPSS software and under the guidance of "node-place" theory,clustering and classification of 18 sample stations were conducted by Ward method,and they were divided into: commercial and residential dominant type in urban central area,balanced type in urban central area,commercial and residential dominant type in urban peripheral area,ecological conservation type in urban fringe area,and development type in urban fringe area.The structural models,current characteristics and characteristics of agglomeration efficiency of each type of station are summarized,and the characteristics of agglomeration efficiency of commercial-residential station and balanced station in urban central area are found to be generally higher,and the common factors restricting the improvement of agglomeration efficiency of different types of station are summarized.Then typical stations are selected from each type of sample stations for comparative study of agglomeration efficiency,the main factors and influencing mechanisms that restrict the improvement of agglomeration efficiency of different types of typical stations are summarized.Finally,the optimization strategies are put forward according to the constraints of station agglomeration efficiency.
