| In recent years,with the rapid development of cities and elevation of service requirement for passenger transportation,the integrated development of stations and cities,the comprehensive development of hubs and surrounding land,the integration of hub space and internal transportation,etc.,have become the world’s development trend of railway integrated passenger transport hubs.Following the five development concepts of “innovation,coordination,green,openness,and sharing”,relying on the development of railways to drive economic advancement and social progress and achieve the balance of urban occupation and housing,the current important missions of railway industry are to fully facilitate the development of the domestic cycle as the main body and the domestic and international dual cycles to promote mutual development.However,due to the constraints of mechanisms and traditional railway operation and management systems,the planning,construction,and operation management of high-speed railway integrated hubs are still independent of urban development to a certain extent,affecting the role of high-speed railway integrated hubs in integrating into the city,leading the city,and improving urban development.Therefore,the urgent issues need to be tackled for facilitating green and coordinated development of high-speed railway integrated hub are how to establish a station-city integrated development ecosystem,and give full play to the catalytic effect,value capture and value-added effects of the high-speed railway integrated hub,through reasonable multi-mode transportation collection and distribution capacity matching,integrated station-city land development,and station-city coordination management,in order to gradually build an efficient station-city operation system,form a smooth intermodal transportation mode,inter-city transportation mode,integrated station-city passenger transport service mode,station-city information sharing mode,etc.,and facilitate the hard integration of high-speed railway integrated hubs and urban infrastructure and the soft integration of systems and rules.It is also an important topic that needs in-depth study for the railway sector to implement the goal of building a strong transportation country.This paper mainly researches on the following five aspects.(1)Research on the mechanism of the integration of stations and cities to promote urban development.Adopting the method of catalyst theory and PDCA management cycle theory to analyze the characteristics of station-city integration and urban spatial structure,development influence mechanism,spatial dimension coordination mechanism,resource action mechanism,etc.,and clarify the optimization mechanism of station-city integration and urban spatial resource structure;Using the double difference method and big data analysis method to analyze the impact of the high-speed integrated hub on the urban service industry and the number of employment in the service industry.(2)Research on passenger flow forecasting method for high-speed railway integrated hub based on station-city integration.Construct the passenger flow topological relationship between the high-speed railway integrated hub,the surrounding land utilization and the subway system,and build a passenger flow prediction model of the high-speed railway integrated hub through comprehensively considering the impact of passenger flow at high-speed railway station,subway passenger flow and surrounding land utilization to predict the passenger flow of the subway at the high-speed railway integrated hub.(3)Research on the optimization of the connection and transfer organization of high-speed railway hub based on station-city integration.Construct the high-speed railway integrated hub connection and transfer organization system framework,analyze the characteristics of high-speed railway hub connection and transfer organization,process organization optimization,and propose the methods and suggestions for optimizing the connection and transfer organization of transportation in the hub from the aspects of transfer flow line optimization and transfer organization management mode coordination.(4)The commercial development model of a high-speed railway integrated hub based on station-city integration.On the basis of studying the stock of commercial resources,the commercial demand of high-speed railway integrated hub is separated out based on the combination of scenario design,passenger whole-process experience and passenger questionnaire.From the perspective of enterprise operators and government,the paper puts forward suggestions on layout optimization and policy support of commercial resources for station-city integration,so as to achieve agglomeration,coupling and mining of commercial resources.Using the two-factor cross-table analysis method,the project network of commercial resources for station-city integration is constructed,and the methods and suggestions for enriching commercial resources and expanding commercial development space for station-city integration are put forward,so as to expand the space of urban life service for passengers,and promote the value increment of land and integrated development of station-city.On the basis of the above analysis,the commercial development mechanism of high-speed railway integrated hub is given by using value network theory.The development path of station-city integration through express delivery characterized by "high-speed railway integrated hub + subway" has been designed.(5)Research on the coordinated management mechanism of station-city integration for high-speed railway integrated hub.Aiming at the problems of uncoordinated station-city planning for high-speed railway integrated hub,unsynchronized construction,and uncoordinated operation and management,this paper studied the cross-regional,cross-departmental,and multi-disciplinary life-cycle collaborative management mechanism for high-speed rail integrated hub.Based on the analysis of the current management problems of high-speed railway hubs,the theory and elements of collaborative management are analyzed,and collaborative countermeasures for the planning and construction,operation management,information services,and management institutions of high-speed railway integrated hubs are proposed,and the information sharing mode of station-city integration for high-speed railway integrated hub is constructed facilitating the soft integration of high-speed railway integrated hubs and cities in terms of systems and mechanisms.It is expected that the research results of this paper will provide reference and support for the development of China
