The thesis takes the project of trans-Guanghe Expressway Bridge as the research object.Through the application of project quality risk management theory,the principles and contents of the quality management and control of the trans-Guanghe Expressway Bridge project are formulated during the project implementation process,and the project is determined by the fishbone method.The quality risk factors exist in the project,using the basic idea of ??the analytic hierarchy process to assess the quality risk existing in the super-large bridge project across the Guanghe Expressway,and establishing a quality management and control system.The main research contents are as follows:(1)To study the relevant theories of project quality management and control,and to lay the foundation for formulating the quality management and control objectives of the super-grand bridge project across the Guanghe River and establishing the quality management system for the super-girder bridge project across the Guanghe River.(2)In-depth analysis of the construction process and process of control projects such as the key points and difficulties of the construction of the special bridge across the Guanghe River Expressway based on the project overview of the sub-projects,construction conditions,engineering characteristics,etc.,To provide a basis and basis for the development of quality management and control measures for each sub-project of the super large bridge project across the Guanghe Expressway.(3)Study and determine the principles and contents of the quality management and control of the super-grand bridge project across the Guanghe River,and formulate the quality management and control of the sub-projects such as the bored piles,caps,piers and abutments of the super-grand bridge project across the Guanghe River specific measure.The fishbone diagram method was used to analyze the quality risk factors existing in the cross-Guanghe Expressway Extra Large Bridge Project,and the quality risk assessment of the cross-Guanghe Expressway Extra Large Bridge Project was carried out.(4)Established a control system and operating mechanism for the overall project quality management of the special bridge project across the Guanghe Expressway.The quality management and control organization and operation area of ??the bridge project across the Guanghe Expressway were determined.The project quality management and control system of the super-large bridge across the Guanghe Expressway uses the PDCA cycle method to achieve project quality management and control.It is divided into four stages: project design stage,project decision-making stage,project construction stage and construction acceptance stage.Quality management and control of highway super large bridge project.The paper has 43 pictures,15 tables,and 52 references.
