Research On Construction Quality Control Of W Life City Project

Since the reform and opening-up policy started in 1978,our country's construction industry has developed rapidly.With the continuous expansion of the scale of engineering construction,people pay more and more attention to the engineering quality.In recent years,the continuous exposure of engineering quality problems all over the country has aroused wide concern,and the state has also placed engineering quality and safety in an important position to standardize the development of the construction market.As the pillar industry of national economy,construction industry is closely related to people's life.The quality of construction project has a direct impact on people's lives and the development of many other industries.It is an important content of project construction quality control in the course of project construction to improve its quality,protect the safety of people's life and property and ensure the national security.This thesis takes the W Life City project as the research object and combines with domestic and foreign research present situation and the existing theory method.Through on-the-spot investigation to the project,the thesis emphasizes on the project construction quality control of the W Life City project,bases on the theory of total quality control and combines with the PDCA cycle method.This thesis puts forward the improvement measures from personnel,materials,technology,machinery,and environment to improve construction quality control.PDCA cycle method is used to construct the construction quality control system of W Life City project,and it is also applied in the subsequent construction process of the project.Through two dynamic cycles,the construction quality control goal can be achieved.The main research conclusions are as follows:(1)Based on the total quality control theory and combined with PDCA cycle method,this thesis establishes a set of control system applicable to the construction quality of construction projects,which is conducive to the improvement of the overall level of engineering quality of domestic projects.(2)The practical test of W Life City project shows that the construction quality of the construction project can be effectively controlled through the multi-cycle control system of planning,implementation,summary and improvement.The conclusion can be used for reference for the construction quality control of other construction enterprises in the future.
