Research On Project Quality Control Of Weifang Medical University

Construction Project Quality Management has gone through a long development process.In recent years,Chinese construction industry has achieved unprecedented development.However,due to the influence of many factors,a lot of engineering quality problems are exposed at the same time.Some serious engineering quality accidents happen from time to time,which have a very negative impact.Quality control is a series of related activities dedicated to meeting quality requirements and is a key component of quality management,it is of great practical significance to study the quality control of construction projects.In this paper,the project of Weifang Medical University activity center is taken as a concrete case,combined with the general situation of the project,through the actual investigation and research,the quality control study of the project of Weifang Medical University activity center is carried out,and the advanced theoretical research results at home and abroad are used for reference,put forward the related measures of quality control of Engineering Project.This paper aims at the study of quality control of engineering projects and the realization of quality objectives of engineering projects.Firstly,a large number of related literatures are consulted and analyzed,and the present situation of quality control of engineering projects at home and abroad is reviewed,the research method and technical route of the paper are clarified.Secondly,combining with the construction scheme of the project,the construction quality control system is established,and the QC group of the project quality control is set up.In the whole construction process,the quality control is divided into four stages by using the PDCA circulation principle,to improve the existing quality control measures to improve the quality of the project,in order to achieve the project’s predetermined quality objectives.Thirdly,through the inspection of the construction process of the project,the quality problems in the construction process are found,and the various causes of the quality problems are analyzed quantitatively by using SAD model method to solve the specific problems,and the influence degree is calculated,in order to take targeted measures for rectification.Finally,the common quality problems of the project are analyzed and summarized,and the detailed quality control measures are put forward.The study is of practical value for the quality control of the Weifang Medical University project and the realization of the quality objectives of the project,it also has certain reference significance to the similar project quality control.
