| With the gradual acceleration of China’s development,the level of urbanization continues to improve,the development of the construction industry is also faster and faster.Construction industry is one of the three major energy consumption subjects in the national economy.Building energy conservation has become the most important link in the energy conservation strategy,and building energy consumption can be effectively reduced by vigorously developing green buildings.At present,there is a lack of research on the energy-saving effect in the use stage of green buildings.Some experts point out that although many building projects have obtained the logo certification in the design stage,their energy-saving effect in the use stage is the same as that of ordinary buildings or even higher than that of ordinary buildings.At the same time,the existing literature and standards have not yet incorporated the residents’ perception evaluation into the green building evaluation system.Therefore,this paper takes the cold region as the evaluation area and the operation stage as the evaluation time point,and takes the residents’ perception evaluation into consideration to construct the green building energy efficiency evaluation system.The main work of this paper is as follows:1.Construction of evaluation system of energy-saving effect of green residential buildings in cold areas.On the basis of summarizing the existing evaluation index system of green building energy efficiency,the evaluation system of green residential building energy efficiency in cold areas is constructed from three dimensions of operation energy consumption,user experience and building service performance,and the evaluation standard and energy efficiency grade of each evaluation index are determined according to relevant literature and current norms.2.Evaluation model construction of energy-saving effect of green residential buildings in cold areas.AHP method was used to determine the subjective weight of the evaluation index,entropy method was used to determine the objective weight of the evaluation index,and the final weight of the evaluation index was determined by combining the subjective and objective weights.Fuzzy grey clustering method is used to establish the evaluation model of green residential building energy saving effect.3.Empirical research on evaluation of energy saving effect of green residential buildings in cold areas.Based on the monitoring data in the operation stage,an empirical study was carried out to evaluate the energy-saving effect of a green residential building in Shaanxi Province.The results show that there is a certain deviation between the energysaving effect of the case and the design requirements,which verifies the scientific and rational of the evaluation system.In this regard,this paper puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions to improve the management efficiency of green building signs and promote the improvement of the actual energy-saving efficiency of green building. |
