Existing Residential Buildings In Cold Regions Of Energy-saving Evaluation Studies

With the accelerated pace of urbanization in China, people’s living standards areimproving, and building energy consumption is increasing year by year. Since theEighties of the last century, China has carried out building energy efficiency in that time,but because of the huge amount of existing buildings, energy-saving task are stillarduous. Therefore, in the case of limited resources, choose the right improve project,suitable plan for the program application, and project evaluation also are imperative,however, the China construction industry are short of research in this area.This thesis is based on reference of the foreigner evaluation system, and learnsfrom the experience of domestic demonstration projects and combined with the actualsituation of the cold regions research.This paper uses the subjective weighting method and the objective weightingmethod to set up the sequence pattern with the rough set and entropy theory, thenconfirming the optimal order of the project. Combines the fuzzy comprehensiveevaluation method, TOPSIS and the extension method to set up the multi-hierarchicfuzzy extension model and choose the optimal rehabilitation programs. After the projectwas rehabilitated, combines the cost and the function to set up the value engineeringoptimization model. Then sum up the successful experience and choose thedemonstration project to public and promotion.The index system is references the foreign evaluation system, domestic relatedstandard, scholars research and the owner case. For striving the weight can fully reflectthe importance of the residential buildings, combines with the expert scoring method,AHP and the entropy objective weighting method to determine the index weights.In cold area the existing residential building already has the energy-saving work processes requirement to implement gradually, therefore the finally this article wasproposing the methods and policy recommendations to ensure that energy-saving worksmoothly and effectively implemented, and also provide useful experience reference tothe relevant government departments for promote the implementation of buildingenergy-saving work.
