The current world economic development is changing with each passing day,and urban civilization continues to advance,and what changes with it is the residents’ requirements for quality of life and living conditions.In addition,urban development is also facing huge and severe natural environmental problems.The shortage of natural resources and environmental pollution and destruction will also become unavoidable topics.As the country’s energy consumption is relatively high,the cold region,in response to urban energy shortages,promotes the energy-saving design and research of residential buildings in cold regions,not only can solve urban energy problems scientifically and effectively,but also has been recognized by the market and the public.However,the current nationwide energy-saving housing standards and practices are basically based on the design and construction of single buildings.The energy-saving design concept of regional planning has not been widely recognized.Blindly carrying out single energy-saving design and transformation cannot fully adapt to it.In the future,cities will meet the requirements of comprehensive ultra-low energy consumption.Therefore,they must start from the overall plan and seek new regional energy-saving ways.Based on the previous overall planning to the design of individual buildings,this article strives to solve the actual residential building problems under the ultra-low energy consumption standards in cold areas in the future with newer design concepts and adaptive design methods.First,by consulting and collecting a large number of relevant domestic and foreign theoretical literature and data,conducting field investigations and inspections of relevant residential buildings in cold areas,and trying to find an optimization plan for the ultra-low energy consumption design of residential buildings that can adapt to cold areas on the basis of summing up previous experiences;and While meeting the requirements of people’s living comfort,strive to obtain greater building energy efficiency with less investment in building economics,so as to achieve the purpose of reasonable improvement of energy efficiency and scientific energy saving,and provide optimized solutions for the development of ultra-low energy consumption in future cities.The full text is divided into six main parts:The first part mainly elaborates the history and general situation of the development of residential building energy conservation in cold areas of our country,and the importance of the development of ultra-low energy residential buildings to future urban construction.At the same time,referring to the excellent design cases of ultra-low energy residential buildings in Western countries and my country,it is proposed that residential buildings in cold areas should adhere to the design concept of local conditions when designing ultra-low energy consumption,focusing on energy-saving design,supplemented by energy-saving.Materials to complete the entire ultra-low-energy residential building design process.Establish a new idea that starts from the single building and then affects the overall planning and design,and lays the foundation for the regional optimization scheme under the ultra-low energy consumption standard.The second part describes residential buildings in cold areas,and through field project inspections,detailed analysis of the current specific energy-saving measures and building practices in ultra-low energy design in my country,laying the foundation for the ultimate realization of ultra-low energy city construction in the future.The third part selects relevant calculation software,involves and calculates model establishment,parameter setting,structural design and other aspects of residential buildings in the research project in accordance with current energy-saving standards,and analyzes the current energy-saving practices of residential building envelopes in cold areas As well as its energy-saving efficiency,it provides a reference for the design of residential areas where residential buildings live under ultra-low energy consumption standards in the future.The fourth part re-conducts the relevant design analysis under the ultra-low energy consumption standard for the same building unit in the research project in Chapter 3.From the different nodes of the exterior wall,roof,doors and windows,and detailed structure of the residential building,it analyzes how the residential building is in the ultra-low energy consumption standard.Specific energy-saving practices under low energy consumption standards.The fifth part optimizes the overall planning of the residential area based on the specific energy-saving design under the ultra-low energy consumption standard of the research project,and conducts a systematic analysis of the general plan design.According to the sunshine analysis and calculation of the relevant software,the residential buildings are rearranged and designed,and various indicators such as floor area ratio and greening rate under the current energy-saving standard and the ultra-low energy consumption standard in the overall plan are analyzed and compared,which is the ultra-low energy consumption of the city in the future.In the development of the building,effective and feasible optimization plans and overall layout planning ideas are provided.The sixth part is conclusions and prospects.The full text is aimed at residential buildings in cold areas,from the perspective of energy conservation,optimizes and transforms the building units to the overall layout,and conducts in-depth research to explore the feasible ways and design priorities of residential buildings in energy-saving development,so as to provide future energy-saving technology practices for residential buildings in cold areas.The promotion work provides a newer thinking and a clear research framework.
