| The global energy situation is becoming more and more serious,the energy crisis has been plagued by various countries.With the rapid development of China’s economy,energy shortage has attracted much attention of most people,in many forms of energy consumption,building energy consumption in total energy consumption accounted for the proportion of China’s quantity increased year by year.However,the high energy consumption of the building also makes the living environment more and more prominent,the green building has become a focus of attention of the whole society.At present,the development trend of building energy conservation in the international is to reduce the building energy consumption for the purpose,and focus on the development direction of high performance and low energy consumption in the whole life cycle of the building,therefore,the green transformation of existing buildings will inevitably become a trend in today’s society.In 70 s and 80 s China’s existing residential buildings without any heat preservation measures,low utilization of the equipment system,visible in the aspects of green building in China is relatively late start,therefore,the green transformation of existing buildings has become one of our urgent need to explore the subject.China has a vast territory and a large amount of energy consumption,especially in cold areas,and the majority of existing buildings are of high energy consumption.This paper will be through three parts to study the cold residential areas of existing residential green transformation program:First of all,from China’s current energy crisis,the cold area has a discussion on the necessity of the transformation of the existing residential buildings in the green and the urgency of the comfort and other aspects of the status of energy consumption and energy consumption of residential building structure and improve people’s living environment;Through the analysis and research of domestic and foreign existing residential building green transformation of advanced technology and the corresponding policies and regulations,so as to explore China’s existing residential green building in the relevant policies and regulations,technology and economic green potential.Secondly,through the analysis of the thermal envelope on the outside of the building structure,energy saving method for walls,roofs,windows and other structures,and the design of the inadequacies of the proposed amendments,and then for the cold areas have existing residential building green transformation to provide a reliable theoretical basis.The paper also mentions the application prospect and the profound significance of the solar building integration in our country at present.Finally,though the national energy saving standard calculation and DeST-h software simulation two methods were analyzed and calculated,and the heat consumption index before and after the modification were compared,the energy saving effect and feasibility of the scheme are proved,based on this,some suggestions are put forward.This paper provides a reference significance for the feasibility of green transformation of existing residential buildings in cold areas of China,through the provision of theoretical basis and data reference to improve the existing residential building green transformation program to further promote the existing residential buildings in our country to carry out the work of green transformation. |
