A large number of old and residential buildings which do not meet the 50%energy efficiency standard remain in the northern area of China.According to statistics,the stock of non-energy-saving residential buildings in northern region is about 2.7 billion square meters,accounting for 40%of the living area in northern region.Since 2008,the existing large-scale reconstruction projects for non-energy-saving buildings in northern heating area mostly evaluate the energy saving quantity merely aimed at a single building,and lack of the evaluation of energy efficiency effect on the heat source,moreover,the actual energy consumption levels of non-energy-saving residential buildings are mainly based on theoretical calculation,lack of quantitative understanding.So most energy efficiency reconstruction projects express the workload by reconstruction area instead of energy saving quantity,which limits the identification of existing energy saving quantity and the scientific estimation of overall actual energy savings.The study is to use the non-energy-saving residential buildings for the model of the cold regions of the country,and the heating and energy use of the heating exchange stations,the secondary network,and the structure of the building,and the heating and the power of the heating exchange station,in the 2015 to 2016 and 2016 to 2017.Grasp the actual energy consumption of non-energy-saving residential buildings in typical projects in typical cities in severe cold regions,and to predict the content and the potential of energy efficiency through theoretical analysis.System master the energy-saving reform of existing residential building energy saving reconstruction contents and different contribution to energy saving.According to the measured data of typical project,the energy saving potential of each node is theoretically analyzed.By comparing the actual measured energy consumption and the energy consumption boundary index of each node before and after the reconstruction of the typical project,the energy consumption level before and after the reconstruction of different links is analyzed.The heating energy consumption is revised before and after the reconstruction of the heat exchange station and the building,and the energy saving and reconstruction effect of the typical project are analyzed and evaluated.The study of the effects of the thermal control strategies on the reduction of energy consumption,the change in the radiating radius before and after the non-energy-saving construction,and analyzing the effects of the energy efficiency changes on the pass rate of building room temperature and the excess heating.Combines the measured data and simulation model construction,expansion of energy-saving contribution rate of different reconstruction content,using the simple method for estimating the economic,analyses different content of the static payback period.Scientific evaluation of the energy saving effect of energy-saving renovation project,predict potential efficiency improvements,for existing residential building energy-saving reform policy provides strong foundation data support.The research shows that the heating energy of the building and the heating energy of the building is 52%,17.18%,the energy efficiency of the original,and the energy efficiency of the original,secondary network has the 40%energy saving potential relative to the standard.Through the data before and after the modification of directly comparing,typical project no decrease power consumption,water consumption;After the correction of room temperature,the energy saving energy efficiency of the heat exchange station was 10.94%,and the energy saving rate of the construction was 13.72%.Intermittent adjustment of the heat exchange station stop during the reconstruction than after the reconstruction to reduce energy consumption 18.53%.The range of heating radius was expanded by 25.45%after energy saving and reconstruction.The excessive heat supply rate of the modified building is increased by 32.8%,which can not be ignored.The static payback period of different reconstruction contents is from high to low ranking,which is:reconstruction of heat exchange station,reconstruction of external wall,reconstruction of external window,roof modification.The static payback period of the entire reconstruction of the building in the test area is 26.5 years.
