Due to the increasing amount of architecture in the process of urbanization,the occupation of construction energy consumption in social energy consumption also rises.Some social issues,like environmental pollution and energy shortage,lead to the increasingly high burden of energy conservation and emission reduction.So the government is mainly concentrating on strategies of issuing edicts,strengthening designs of saving energy,developing processes of conserving resources,and so on.Basically,Energy-saving effect evaluation of the building is the basis for governmental improving energy-efficient buildings,which helps the government to figure out the conditions of existing energy-saving buildings.As a result,these strategies will offer the society to get effective advice on new constructions,expansions,and renovations.The research of energy saving evaluation of existing buildings in China started late,which mainly focused on five climate zones,and there are still some deficiencies in the method of identification,evaluation and selection of the measures.Because of all these issues above,this research was focused on the following aspects:First of all,in Wuhan,Hubei Province,by combining with the building energy efficiency standards on the basis of the mandatory specifications issued by the State,an evaluation index system for a residential building has been established in this thesis,by analyzing the evaluation criteria and outcomes of research throughout the world.Secondly,in order to combat the weight issues in this study based on AHP method for index weight,the subjectivity of a single sample was eliminated through expanding the sample,and then a weight correction model based on information entropy theory was built,which involved the results of sample variance information,and all results had passed the paired samples test.Thirdly,according to standards of energy-efficiency building issued by Hubei Province,and the design requirements in Wuhan,four levels of standards was built to evaluate the energy-efficiency of residential buildings.After that,an evaluation model was established as well on the basis of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and membership function to determine the index was built at the same time.Finally,the applicability of the evaluation model was confirmed by empirical analysis.It proved the accuracy of the results,which was compared with the outcomes of the evaluation of energy efficiency standards for residential buildings.This study has provided decision makers in Wuhan with some precious ideas on evaluation of energy-conserving residential buildings and subsequent research.The meaning of the research could be reflected in three aspects.First of all,the weight calculation model,established in the research,was an integrated method,which contains subjectivity and objectivity,and it can be used in multiple attribute decision.Secondly,the weights of several evaluated indexes can be used to guide energy-saving design in residential buildings. Thirdly, the evaluation model established in the research can be used in such aspct,which are energy evaluated work and energy efficiency identified work in Wuhan.
