Research On Quality Management Evaluation Of Company A And Project B

Since the reform and opening up,especially after 2000,China’s construction industry has entered the ranks of rapid development,which has seriously affected the development of China’s economy.With the continuous development of China’s construction market,project quality has become the core competitiveness of construction enterprises.In fact,there are many factors that affect the quality of engineering projects.The research on the quality management of engineering projects has become a hot issue in theoretical and practical research.It is urgent to find a perfect quality management evaluation system and evaluation method.This paper takes the quality management of project B as the research object,analyzes the quality management problems in the construction stage of the project,and puts forward targeted improvement plans,providing reference for future project quality management.In view of this study,first of all,the status quo and existing problems of project B quality management are analyzed in detail,and the evaluation index system of project B quality management is determined by summarizing and screening the factors affecting project B quality management by combining the literature research method and questionnaire survey method;Secondly,the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to establish the quality management evaluation model of project B,and the evaluation model is verified according to the implementation of project B at the construction stage to determine the quality management level and the importance of quality management influencing factors;Finally,based on the analysis of the evaluation results of project B quality management,the improvement countermeasures and guarantee measures of project B quality management are proposed.Based on relevant theories and mathematical methods,this paper studies the practical problems of project B quality management,not only establishes the quality management evaluation system,but also completes the case project quality management evaluation,which has certain guidance and reference significance for the quality management and evaluation of similar engineering projects in the future of construction enterprises.
