Research On Design Quality Management Evaluation Of W Project

In recent years,with the continuous advancement of the domestic urbanization process,commercial complex projects have sprung up in the domestic urban planning and construction.Due to the complex functions,large volume,tight construction period and many partners of commercial complex projects,it has brought great challenges to the architectural design work.As an important link in the whole life cycle of the whole project,architectural design plays an important role in the construction and implementation of the whole project.The design quality of the project not only affects the quality and process of construction,but also has a greater impact on the economic and social benefits after the implementation of the whole project.In order to improve the design quality of architectural design enterprises,it is necessary to control and manage the design quality.Through the objective evaluation of the design quality management level,the design enterprises can continuously accumulate and improve the design quality management.At present,our country has not formed a set of evaluation system and evaluation method for the design quality management of commercial complex project,and the theoretical research for this kind of problem is relatively lack,so the research on the comprehensive evaluation of the design quality management of commercial complex project is very important.How to comprehensively evaluate the design quality management of such projects through scientific and reasonable comprehensive evaluation method is the key content of this paper.Taking W engineering design project as an example,this paper analyzes and summarizes some problems in the design process of this project,and after reading a large number of relevant literature,extracts the main factors affecting the design quality management,constructs a threelevel evaluation index system of design quality management,modifies the evaluation index through expert questionnaire survey,Analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to determine the weight of each evaluation index,eliminate the evaluation index with lower weight,and complete the selection of evaluation index.Combined with the determined evaluation index system,the BP artificial neural network method is used to build the design quality management evaluation model.Through a large number of project evaluation data,the evaluation model is simulated and trained to achieve the required accuracy,and the evaluation results are more objective,scientific and reasonable.Through the construction of the design quality management evaluation model,the design quality management of W project is comprehensively evaluated,the key problems affecting the design quality management level are found,and the improvement measures are put forward.This study provides an effective method for the design quality management evaluation of W project and other similar commercial complex projects,and provides theoretical support and Countermeasures to improve the design quality management level of such projects.
