Research On Quality Management Evaluation Of Construction Project

The quality of the project has been the construction projects of the most prominent problems,the project quality is the comprehensive effect,direct factors and indirect factors such as project planning,survey and design depth accuracy,mechanical equipment,building materials,project management method and system,construction technology and construction technology,at the same time the quality of the project is the direct impact of the cost and schedule.Therefore,if you want to improve the current situation of construction project quality management in our country,we must improve the quality management level of comprehensive evaluation of research project quality management system,to explore the quality of the cause of the accident and the quality of the project in the project whole life cycle factors.The main contents of this paper include the following: firstly,based on literature research and questionnaire investigation,from the quality management and quality assurance measures of the influence factors of project quality management measures and analysis of factors of quality management,establish the construction project quality management evaluation index system,including 20 level two indexes;Secondly,determine the evaluation index weights by analyzing the application of entropy method and AHP method,and use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to establish quality management evaluation model;finally,a practical project as a case study,and through the expert scoring method to establish the evaluation model and the quality of the project,verify the applicability of the comprehensive evaluation of quality management the model,the calculation results were analyzed to determine the project quality management level,and from the establishment of beforehand control principle of quality management information system,strengthen the quality management system and organization system construction,using new technology and new method and adhere to the prevention and other aspects of how to improve the quality management level of the project proposal.In conclusion,the research results effectively enrich the theory of project quality management,which have certain practical application value for improving the quality management level of construction projects.
