The transformation and upgrading of China’s construction industry and the new-type construction industrialization put forward new and higher requirements for the knowledge and skills,cultural literacy and innovation ability of construction workers.Objectively,more than 53 million migrant workers,as the main force of construction workers in China,need to be transformed into high-quality,high-skilled construction workers in a continuous and orderly manner.As an important means to enhance human capital,systematic training is undoubtedly the key path to realize the transformation of migrant workers in construction industry to industrial workers.At present,the concept consciousness and system arrangement of systematic training for migrant workers in construction industry have not been formed in our country.Although in recent years,our country has paid more and more attention to the training of migrant workers in construction industry,the lack of top-level planning and system construction has resulted in the training being formalized and the training effect being poor,which has seriously restricted the construction of workers in construction industry in our country.Modern development of traditional construction industry.The training of migrant workers in construction industry is not confined to the traditional vocational training,nor is it an isolated work.In a deeper level,it also involves civilized training,which is a complex system engineering.Therefore,we need to use more scientific and systematic theories and methods as guidance.The paper introduces seed germination theory to construct the influencing factor system of training system,reveals the inherent law of systematic training of migrant workers in construction industry,and constructs a dynamic overall structure of power system with germination as the core movement characteristics.Then it studies the operation and application of the training system,and with the help of grounded theoretical and behavioral event interviews,qualitative research,structural equation,binary regression model,competency model,Koch evaluation method and other analytical methods,seeks reasonable system construction and practical application to mobilize relevant stakeholders to actively promote the participation of migrant workers in the construction industry in systematic training.(1)Definition of concepts and theoretical basis.Based on the conclusion that the systematic training of migrant workers in construction industry is essentially vocational training and civilized training,this paper combs the relevant concepts and theoretical basis comprehensively in order to seek the necessary theoretical resources and creative space.This paper defines the core concepts of migrant workers in construction industry,migrant workers in construction industry,migrant workers in construction industry transforming to industrial workers,systematic training and so on.It explains the grounding theory,seed germination theory,human capital theory,competency theory and learning organization theory,and constructs the theoretical framework of migrant workers training in construction industry from the perspective of "seed germination" theory.(2)Constructing the influencing factors system of the transformation training of migrant workers from construction industry to industrial workers.The training system based on the transformation of migrant workers in construction industry to industrial workers is an organic whole,involving the interests of migrant workers in construction industry,construction enterprises,construction industry,training institutions,government and social forces at all levels,and all participants.By introducing the grounded theory,using the methods of literature review,empirical investigation and expert interviews,data coding is used to decompose,conceptualize and recombine the data.With the help of QSR Nvivo10 software,open coding,axis coding and selective coding analysis are carried out.Based on the qualitative analysis results,the influencing factors system of systematic training for migrant workers in construction industry is put forward,which lays a foundation for proposing countermeasures and suggestions for the application of the training system for migrant workers in construction industry.(3)Construction of training system for migrant workers in construction industry to transform into industrial workers.Based on the inherent law of the transformation training of migrant workers in construction industry to industrial workers,this part,from the perspective of seed germination,constructs a dynamic overall structure of power system with germination as the core movement characteristic,that is,the transformation training system of migrant workers in construction industry to industrial workers.It covers the elements,structure and function of the training system for migrant workers in construction industry,and analyses the current situation of migrant workers’ training in construction industry from the perspective of seed germination.Finally,with the help of this system,it answers how to put forward the training model of migrant workers’ transformation from construction industry to industrial workers based on Seed germination theory,and solves the theoretical model of migrant workers’ training system in construction industry.(4)Study on the operation mechanism of the training system for the transformation of construction workers to industrial workers.The theoretical model of the dynamic mechanism of the training system for migrant workers in construction industry is put forward and verified.The potential variables and observation variables of the training system are determined by means of the SEM analysis model.The data are fully collected through the questionnaire survey.The construction of the operating mechanism and structural equation model of the training system for migrant workers in construction industry,the measurement of variables,reliability and validity analysis,model hypothesis test and verification results are carried out.Analysis and so on.(5)The Application Research of the training system of migrant workers’ trans formation from construction industry to industrial workers.Through the construction of the internal module,the training system implementation module and the external environment module of migrant workers,the answer is "how to apply the dynamic mechanism of the transformation of migrant workers from construction industry to industrial workers training system".Among them,the internal module of migrant workers in construction industry mainly uses binary logistic analysis model to analyze the influencing factors of migrant workers’ participation in systematic training.The training system module mainly uses competency model and Coriolis evaluation theory to support the whole implementation module structure,while the external environment module mainly uses learning organization theory to put forward corresponding opinions to the government,industry institutions and construction enterprises.The paper puts forward the proposition of "training system for migrant workers in construction industry transforming into industrial workers",conducts a qualitative research on the systematic training factor system of migrant workers in construction industry by using grounded theory,and constructs a dynamic construction consisting of "training influence factor system-training system dynamic structure-training system dynamic mechanism-training system construction industry.At the same time,there are some shortcomings in the quantitative analysis model,such as endogenous or missing variables,insufficient consideration of regional differences in
