Firstly,this paper expounds the background and current situation of the construction decoration industry in China,and points out the significance of exploring the interaction among the members of the migrant workers in the construction decoration industry under the current economic situation.On the basis of collecting a large number of relevant documents and materials,this paper points out that the contractual industry model of construction and decoration industry has brought about loose organizational structure of industry companies,low quality of construction workers,difficulty in site construction management and lack of protection of rights and interests of migrant workers.And so on.In this paper,86 samples of migrant workers were surveyed with questionnaires,and 10 of them were interviewed in depth with random samples,so as to collect the real and effective information of the samples of migrant workers in the industry more comprehensively.The data and interview results confirm the action principles and logical characteristics behind the relationship composition of migrant workers and the interaction among the members of the group in the construction and decoration industry in China.The interaction principle of the migrant workers in decoration industry is three-dimensional,which is based on ethics and pays attention to interests,and is mixed with complex emotions.At the same time,the logical form in the practical activities of the peasant workers in decoration industry has the characteristics of diversity,transformability and multi-level.The research results of this paper show that in the current industry environment of imperfect market economy and unbalanced institutional power,the principles and logical characteristics of the interaction of migrant workers in construction and decoration industry have their rationality of choice.As a special field,the construction decoration industry has informal and flexible employment mode for migrant workers in the industry;the dualistic identity and social integration of the decoration migrant workers in the working city;the further division of labor in the construction decoration industry and the transformation of workers in the construction labor market;and the relationship between the decoration industry Networked employment environment and so on are the specific constraints that affect the interaction of migrant workers’ group relations in this field.From the research point of view,the research on the group relationship of migrant workers in the construction and decoration industry not only has a certain impact on the development of the whole industry,but also has some potential action orientation in the process of social economic exchange and social exchange.Although this paper only studies the group of migrant workers in the construction and decoration industry,the construction industry as a relatively common industry with the employment of migrant workers in manufacturing,logistics,catering and other industries,the above theoretical framework for the management of employment relations in other industry groups will still have a certain promotion value.
