Performance appraisal has become an indispensable part of the development of enterprises.However,at present,most of the small and medium-sized enterprises in China do not pay enough attention to the performance evaluation and have a thorough understanding of it.HDJY inspection company is a state-owned third-party testing organization whose main business is construction engineering quality testing.The management of the company does not pay enough attention to performance appraisal,resulting in poor enthusiasm of employees,low work efficiency and high production cost.Therefore,this paper takes HDJY Inspection Company as the research object,and designs its performance appraisal system to improve employees' working enthusiasm,reduce production cost and enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise.This paper expounds the connotation of performance appraisal.Based on the relevant theories of performance appraisal at home and abroad,it analyzes the current situation and main problems of HDJY performance appraisal by means of literature review and interview,among which the main problems include the disconnection between corporate performance appraisal and corporate strategic objectives and unreasonable performance appraisal indicators.This paper analyzes the reasons for the problems in the performance appraisal of the company,including the system factors,the insufficient attention paid by the management to the performance appraisal and the insufficient understanding of the employees to the performance appraisal.On this basis,the employee performance appraisal system of HDJY Inspection Company is constructed.Combining HDJY inspection company performance evaluation for the existing problems and current situation,this article mainly USES the KPI index method for detecting HDJY company staff performance appraisal system to carry on the design,analysis of the company's key success factors,according to the enterprise strategic objectives,business processes,and responsibility,adopts the quantitative and qualitative analysis to determine the corporate level,departmental level,staff performance evaluation indicators,through the expert scoring method of performance evaluation index weight assignment,making performance evaluation assessment.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the performance appraisal system,the performance appraisal guarantee measures are put forward from three aspects: organizational guarantee,institutional guarantee and the establishment of performance culture.
