In recent years,the rapid development of small and medium-sized enterprises has become an important force in the development of national economy.However,there are many problems in small and medium-sized enterprises,such as weak foundation,inadequate management and so on.Especially in the competitive modern market economy environment,the problems of large mobility of personnel,unreasonable staff structure and imperfect performance appraisal mechanism in small and medium-sized enterprises have become increasingly prominent Motivating employees is the top priority of enterprise managers.Especially under the background of the new infrastructure era,the enterprise management of engineering companies must keep up with the pace of the new infrastructure era,improve the performance appraisal system and improve the management quality.This paper mainly studies the related problems of T engineering company’s performance appraisal system.Firstly,it discusses the related theories of performance and performance appraisal from the perspective of theoretical review,and points out that the common performance appraisal methods include MBO,KPI,OKR,360 degree performance appraisal,etc.Secondly,by studying the current situation of T engineering company’s performance appraisal,it is found that the current performance appraisal index setting of T engineering company is fuzzy,the360 degree performance appraisal method is too single,the lack of performance guidance and communication,the unreasonable setting of appraisal cycle and the unreasonable application of results,In view of the above problems,this paper analyzes the causes of the problems and puts forward the optimization scheme of the performance appraisal system.On the premise of clarifying the company’s development strategy,it determines the company’s organizational structure,defines the work plan of each center under the fixed organizational structure,extracts key appraisal indicators from the work plan,and optimizes the performance appraisal system by using KPI combined with 360 degree evaluation method,In addition,we should apply the results of performance appraisal to the actual management,and establish a performance appraisal appeal system.For the company,performance appraisal is the basis of improving the company’s operation,the best means and method to achieve the company’s goals,and also a powerful weapon to promote the enterprise’s executive power.Through performance appraisal,we can help enterprises find excellent employees,Maximize the enthusiasm and potential of employees...
