In the previous study of project risk,risk factors are often regarded as isolated points,rarely considering the impact of the interaction between the relevant stakeholders on the risk,and lack of linking risk factors and stakeholders to carry out overall research.From the two aspects of project risk factors and project stakeholders,this paper studies the risk control of landscaping project with the method of social network.First of all,based on the literature reading method and expert interview method,combined with the characteristics of landscaping project,five relevant stakeholders and 29 risk factors of landscaping project are identified;secondly,the risk network model of landscaping project is constructed by using social network analysis method,which combines risk factors and stakeholders organically,and through the parameters in the risk network model Through the calculation and node analysis,the core risk factors and key stakeholders in the landscaping project are determined;thirdly,through the adjustment of the links and nodes in the risk network,the relationship between the core risk factors and key stakeholders is analyzed to determine the core risk relationship;thirdly,the corresponding control measures are proposed for the core risk factors and the core risk relationship,So as to reduce the project risk.Finally,the risk network model of landscaping project is verified by the case of actual landscaping project.The results show that by controlling the core risk factors and the core risk relationship,the project risk can be effectively controlled and the probability of project failure can be reduced.
