| Under the multiple pressures of environmental pollution,energy crisis and rising labor costs,the development of the traditional construction industry is facing increasingly severe resource shortages and environmental constraints,and it is urgent to change its extensive construction methods.In this context,prefabricated buildings have shown significant advantages in protecting the environment,conserving resources,and saving labor.They are regarded as the key to the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry.The risk factors under the industrialized construction model are in a complex associated network,and the transmission of risks brings great uncertainty to the success of the project.In order to study the risk of prefabricated building projects from the perspective of network,the paper constructs a prefabricated building risk network,uses social network related indicators to quantify the network function of risk factors,and synthesizes the results of different index dimensions to identify key risks of prefabricated building projects.Propose targeted risk control strategies.Based on the literature research,the paper firstly identifies 34 risk factors of the prefabricated building project based on the whole life cycle and the two-dimensional perspective of stakeholders.The Delphi method is used to find 159 direct influences between risk factors.Based on this,a prefabricated building risk network is constructed.Secondly,based on the social network theory,quantitative analysis of risk factors in the network.The block model analysis method is used to explore the structural attributes of the risk network,identify the risk subgroups occupying the core position in the network;use a set of centrality indicators and the middleman role analysis method to analyze the network function of the risk factors and identify thedirect network The risk factors with strong correlation,strong influence,strong control ability and strong middleman’s role;32 core risk relationships were identified through the intermediate centrality analysis of the line.In order to narrow the scope of risk management and control,the paper further discriminates and controls the key risks in the network based on the risk network analysis.The comprehensive total degree,the centrality of the status,the intermediate center degree and the total number of the middlemen take the four social network measurement indicators,and use the Entropy Method-TOPSIS method to measure the comprehensive network function of the risk factors,based on which the seven key risks in the network are identified.The factors also propose corresponding control measures;remove the relationship related to key risk factors from 32 risk relationships with strong control ability,identify the three key risk relationships of the prefabricated construction projects,and propose key risk relationships on this basis.Control measures.Finally,the relevant overall network indicators are used to simulate and test the control effects of key risks.The results show that targeted management of key risk factors and key risk relationships in the network is conducive to effectively blocking the malignancy of risks in the network.The dissemination has improved the efficiency of risk management of prefabricated construction projects to a certain extent. |
