Research On The Design Of Community Youth Apartment Based On The Concept Of Social Innovation

“Get the essence out of the image.” Since the new millennium,human society has been encountered with such macro problems as unbalanced and inadequate regional economic development(economy),conflicts between consumptive economic growth mode and sustainable ecology(politics),and cultural identity crisis(culture)in the context of different regions and religions.These problems have triggered the dual development track of urban construction and local villages.Villages will be soon surrounded by modern cities,forming "villages in the city".In the context of the development mode of urban modernization in China gradually changing from "incremental" expansion to "stock" optimization,a new "reference system" is needed to coordinate the relationship between the construction of urban government subsidized housing with the demolition and reconstruction restrictions of old communities.In recent years,a kind of new thought "social innovation design" aiming to meet social goals has achieved vigorous development from bottom to top.As an academic concept that is taking a shape,it has such characteristics as wide application field,diversified implementation forms,diversified participants and cross research disciplines.However,the“reference system”does not have a widely accepted system theory and methodology.The extension and practice paradigm of the concept of social innovation design still needs to be further extended through a large number of project studies and cases.Based on the said issues,this paper includes the following research contents:1.The paper explores the academic background of the concept of "social innovation design" from three aspects,i.e.the transformation of design paradigm,the expansion of design connotation and the extension of design object.2.Based on the research literature of "social innovation design",this paper summarizes a set of universal theoretical model of "social innovation design",and takes its tools,methods and processes as the "internal reference" and "external evaluation" systems of this paper.3.The psychological needs of young people based on "place needs","emotional needs" and "community needs".4.Based on the theoretical model of social innovation design and the youth community apartments design method for youth groups' place needs,the concept model of youth community apartments is proposed,which is constructed by the three elements,"module combination","shared combination" and "social combination".In the practice demonstration part,the conceptual model of "module combination","shared combination" and "social combination" is applied to the design of young migrant workers' low-cost shared apartments project “Tong Hingli”and social innovation projects.In addition,it also carries out practical and specific exploration and attempt,and verifies the viewpoint and innovation of this paper from three aspects,i.e.theory,method and practice process.
