| In recent years,more and more young people have chosen to flock to the more developed cities in our country to make a living.This phenomenon makes the housing problem of this group urgently to be solved.Renting is the most economical way of living for this group.However,the rental housing in the housing rental market has defects and hidden dangers such as poor economy and inadequate management services.Therefore,"housekeeper-style" youth apartments have covered the whole country in recent years.Several cities,but due to the short development time of youth apartments in my country and fewer mature cases,they lack a systematic theoretical system and a standardized design process.Based on the above thinking,this thesis takes youth apartments in developed cities as the research object,hoping to study the living behavior of youth groups,aiming to summarize the design principles and strategies of youth apartments,and supplement the theoretical gaps in the design of youth apartments.This thesis is divided into eight chapters.The introduction of the first chapter expounds the research background,purpose and significance of the youth apartment,and combs the related theoretical research at home and abroad.The second chapter defines the concept of young people,long-term rent and short-term rent,and classifies and summarizes the classification of rental housing.Chapter Three analyzes and summarizes the development situation of youth apartments at home and abroad.The fourth chapter investigates and analyzes the living behavior,living needs and living intentions of today’s youth groups by issuing online survey questionnaires,and summarizes the functional configuration of the public space and living space of youth apartments.The fifth chapter analyzes the combination of functional spaces in relevant practical cases at home and abroad based on the results of the previous survey,and summarizes the design techniques of residential units,functional layouts and furniture combinations suitable for youth apartments.The sixth chapter summarizes the design principles and design strategies of the youth apartment space based on the previous case analysis and the research on the youth apartment space.The seventh chapter combines the design principles and strategies summarized in the previous article to design and practice the space and apartment types of youth apartments.Chapter 8 is the conclusion and prospect of this thesis.It is hoped that the research on the design strategy of youth apartment space can have a positive effect on the design of youth apartment in the future. |
