Research On The Renovation Strategy Of Traditional Commercial District In Hefei

As an important carrier of city life,the traditional commercial district shows the historical,cultural and economic characteristics of a city,and carries the diversity of city life.However,due to the rapid progress of urbanization and the continuous renewal of urban planning policies,urban business forms and consumption patterns of citizens have also changed,as a result,some traditional commercial blocks in the actual use process no longer meet the needs of the times and gradually decline.Therefore,the research on the renewal and transformation of the traditional commercial district in the city has been paid much attention in the world,and has become the hot spot of the urban construction.Driven by economic interests,the renewal and reconstruction of traditional commercial districts in cities often take the way of demolishing and rebuilding quickly,but it has been proved that this will result in huge waste of resources and irreversible destruction of ecological environment.Although the research on the renewal and transformation of traditional commercial blocks in cities in China has already achieved results in stages,however,there are still some situations,such as "overemphasizing technology and neglecting humane care","rigidly applying foreign reform mode but neglecting China’s actual national conditions","overemphasizing economy but lacking sustainable development planning".Therefore,based on the above situation,this paper combined with the "light transformation" principle to study the urban traditional commercial district renewal and transformation of this topic.Taking the renewal of Haihui City Block in Hefei as an opportunity,this paper studies the renewal strategy of the traditional commercial blocks in the city,and studies the imaginary renewal of the real case of Haihui city commercial blocks.The article is divided into four parts: the first part finds out the problems,through the analysis of the contradiction between the city and the traditional commercial district,leads to the importance of the renewal and transformation of the traditional commercial district for the city’s further development.And the relevant basic theory of combing,and then put forward the article research purposes,significance,content,methods.The second part analyzes the problems,summarizes the development trend and characteristics of the urban traditional commercial district through consulting and reading the relevantliterature,carries on the field investigation and analysis to the present situation of the urban traditional commercial district in our country,and points out the difficulty of its renewal and reconstruction.The third part solves the problem,on the basis of the above theoretical analysis,explores the design goal and principle of the renewal and transformation of the city’s traditional commercial blocks,and combines the concept of "light transformation",from the business form,space,building,environment and operation of the renovation strategy.According to the present situation of Haihui Flower City Commercial District in Hefei,this paper puts forward the design scheme of hypothetic transformation of Haihui Flower City in Hefei,and realizes the step-by-step transformation from theoretical research to design strategy to practical research.The fourth part summarizes the prospect,summarizes the status quo of the traditional commercial district and the content of the transformation strategy,and looks forward to more research directions in the future.China’s urban construction is in an important stage from quantitative development to qualitative improvement.The renewal and transformation of the city’s traditional commercial districts is a topic that every city can not ignore,"light transformation" is consistent with the basic national development strategy of China’s sustainable development.In this paper,"light transformation" as the guiding principle,to Hefei Haihuihua city block renovation as a turning point,the renovation of the city’s traditional commercial blocks of the renovation strategy,in order to find a new way for the renovation of the traditional commercial district in the city,and also hope to provide reference for the follow-up research and practice.Figure 59 table 2 reference 77...
