Study On Reform Strategy Of Mahe Steel Company In Hefei City

Contemporary China is experiencing economic restructuring,the post-industrial economy era has come,the proportion of the secondary industry continues to decline,followed by more and more abandoned old industrial buildings in China,the vitality of the surrounding cities is reduced,resulting in the region gradually becoming a scar of the city.Although a large number of old industrial buildings have lost their economic functions,their physical functions still exist.If it is reformed reasonably,it can continue to play its economic role in urban development.Influenced by the protection and reuse of traditional industrial buildings in Western countries,the renovation and reuse of old industrial buildings in small and medium-sized cities in China have also been paid attention to in recent years.However,the distribution of practical projects is uneven,with large cities as the focus,the development model is relatively limited,the function is single,and the sustainability of reuse has not yet reached a clear standard.The task of urban characteristics and urban civilization construction has not been mentioned on the agenda of reconstruction of old industrial relics.After the founding of the People's Republic of China,Hefei's industrial industry has developed rapidly.In recent years,with the transformation of economic structure,the number of abandoned industrial buildings in urban areas has gradually increased.How to better protect and utilize these old industrial buildings is a problem to be considered in the process of urban development in Hefei.Located in Yaohai District of Hefei City,the former No.2 Plant of Hefei Iron and Steel Company has been in a state of abandonment since its complete closure in 2015.In recent years,Hefei has put forward the construction strategy of the eastern new urban area,in which the Mahe Steel Plant is the core area of the planning area.In this paper,the author investigates the current situation of the plant building and analyses the relevant data,so as to put forward the transformation strategy of the plant area of Mahe Iron and Steel Co.Firstly,the author summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the renovation by investigating the excellent renovation cases at home and abroad,and accumulates the research data of actual cases for the purpose ofthis paper.Secondly,the upper planning of the eastern new urban area and the social service facilities around Mahe Iron and Steel Works are investigated to understand the requirements of the upper planning and transformation as well as the deficiencies of the current social service facilities,and to analyze the transformation needs at the regional level.Thirdly,the people around Mahe Iron and Steel Works are investigated to fully understand their needs and opinions on the transformation,and to understand the ideas of the surrounding residents.Secondly,this paper investigates the building status,space and structure form of Mahe Iron and Steel Works,fully analyses its existing status and transformation value,and provides material research basis for the improvement strategy.Finally,according to the conclusions of the previous study,this paper puts forward the transformation strategy which is in line with the current situation of Mahe Steel Works and can maximize the needs of all parties to meet,so as to achieve regional renewal and enhance regional vitality.
