Traditional City Commercial Block Renewal Development Research

In this thesis,the traditional commercial street refers to it has a long business history,strong business atmosphere,and profound historical block of the commercial culture.Most of it located in the old city center,the geographical location is superior,because of the economic industry outdated and environmental features a rundown,it often produce irreconcilable conflict with the development of modern urban economy.As the city industrial structure adjustment,for the protection of historic district is becoming more and more attention to economic factors,In combination with the protection and utilization of historical block effectively has become the common consensus.Shuanghang historical block was important commercial center of Fuzhou,however,with the development of urban economy and the speeding up of the urban construction,historical block of Fuzhou Shuanghang decaying material environment,backward infrastructure,makes the important city location in a difficult situation.Due to the need of historical building protection and living quality improvement requirements,block update has been on the government’s agenda,how protect and renovate this important historical block has become an important research subject.This article first researched the theory and method of commercial historic district renewal,etc.,through the interpretation of the typical case summary measures and experience,and then discussed from the angle of various conservation and renewal of historical and cultural blocks of Fuzhou Shuanghang development problems.Integrated use of architecture,planning,urban economics,sociology,religious folklore multidisciplinary knowledge,such as the combination of historical and cultural blocks of Fuzhou Shuanghang investigation and analysis,put forward to improve block dynamic build target for update the development of specific measures,hoping to Fuzhou Shuanghang block update development provides the certain reference value.Full text is divided into three parts,a total of five main chapters:The first part is the introduction,starting from the background of our country put forward the construction of cultural power,tells the story of the historical and cultural heritage protection significance of updates,defines the research object and content,and reviews the relevant theoretical research at home and abroad.The second part of the body,consists of four chapters.In the second chapter studies the characteristics of traditional commercial historical blocks in China is expounded,the update development of motivation and update the development problems.The third chapter enumerates the foreign two case,analysis its update development process,summarizes the successful experience.The fourth chapter through the historical and cultural blocks in Fuzhou Shuanghang detailed investigation and research,to block history,environmental situation,business format,etc,to make analysis,summarizes the problems existing in the Shuanghang district,also puts forward its potential advantage.The fifth chapter according to the characteristics of the historical and cultural blocks Fuzhou Shuanghang,from the material environment update,update the commercial environment,and cultural characteristics mining,organization participation,etc.,puts forward the updated development of specific strategies.The third part is the conclusion,the thesis conclusion,at the same time,deficiencies and prospect are put forward.
