| Primary and secondary schools are regarded as important places for teachers,students as well as the surrounding communities to learn,educate and live.Under the current policy of educational modernization and the atmosphere of diversified and innovative development of basic education,the design and creation of campus building are increasingly valued and widely concerned.However,after a wave of large-scale construction booming in primary and secondary schools,the design work is facing the problem of building homogeneity and lack of creative driving force.Under such circunstaince,with the development model and innovative thinking of the current era,we should re-examine the campus architectural creation of primary and secondary schools,explore new ideas for the creation of primary school campus buildings with combing with multidisciplinary theoretical knowledge.This thesis starts from the research background of the courtyard space and the campus buildings of primary and secondary schools,and clarifies the purpose and significance of the research.On the basis of arranging the definitions of educational architecture and the new era courtyard space by domestic and foreign scholars,the concept connotation is clarified,and theoretical literature and architectural examples are further combed.To begin with analyzing the characteristics and needs of courtyards and primary and middle school buildings,this paper aims to analyze the application possibilities between them.On the one hand,it refines the four essential characteristics of the courtyard: ambiguity and integration,duality and hierarchy,flexibility and systematic,cultural and attributional.On the other hand,based on existing research and practice cases,it is analyzed in the research background that the current school building creation has the dilemma of a solid learning and communication mode,a single child sharing space,similar architectural forms and negative atmosphere of the campus place,thus constructing the appl ication relationship between two subjects,respectively,in the four aspects of function,space,form and spirit,and establishes the necessity of application,then draws the application principles when applying courtyard in primary and middle school building design.Finally,the application strategies are devided into spatial and form aspects.The spatial strategy is elaborated in three aspects: spatial function compounding,spatial organization innovation and spatial plot arrangement.The form strategy is divided into three aspects: physical coordination,morphological layout and interface expression.Through the use of different roles of the courtyard,like carriers,nodes,elements,prototypes,etc.,the strategies for constructing innovative primary and secondary school buildings are discussed in depth.In summary,this thesis aims at exploring the application strategy of courtyards in contemporary primary and secondary school campus buildings.It is hoped that it can provide ideas for the future construction of primary and secondary school campus buildings in China,expand creative thinking and promote relevant theoretical research and practice. |
