In the traditional construction process,there are some problems,such as low quality,labor shortage,waste of resources,long construction period and so on.The advantages of prefabricated building,such as energy saving and environmental protection,strong sustainability,low labor intensity and short construction period,are gradually reflected.In this case,the state vigorously promotes prefabricated building,but more points to how to efficiently construct,and the importance of architectural design and prefabricated building is also discussed.There is still a lack of integration of construction methods,which leads to the single design of space,shape and materials of prefabricated buildings.Architects lack of innovation for the design of prefabricated buildings.With the promotion of policies in recent years,the assembly requirements of buildings have changed from scattered to integrated,and the modular strategy is closely connected with the design of prefabricated buildings,production of prefabricated components,structural selection,site construction and other processes,which has more holistic thinking and avoids the independence and "fragmentation" of design strategy.Thinking from the design side,the modular strategy will enhance the integration with the actual construction technology.The efficiency of process coordination makes the whole project can be implemented smoothly.Due to the characteristics of modularization of unit space and standardization of components in primary and secondary school buildings,the applicability of modularization strategy is higher,which is in line with the advantages of prefabricated construction mode.Through the research on the disassembly of middle school building production from the perspective of prefabricated building,this paper attempts to regard the primary and secondary school buildings as building products,in order to put forward a modular strategy of space and structure in the early design based on the logic of prefabricated construction.According to the idea of "theory research application",this paper first analyzes the theoretical basis of prefabricated architecture and modularization,and analyzes the characteristics,significance and existing problems of previous related research;secondly,based on the relevant theoretical research,it discusses the correlation and integration of element level and construction in prefabricated architecture design,and through the analysis of prefabricated primary and secondary schools.This paper combs the design trend of architecture,analyzes the characteristics and different construction methods of modular strategy in prefabricated construction,and then uses the methods of case study,actual investigation and statistical analysis to carry out the research.From the four aspects of space form,module combination,building type and modular coordination,it summarizes the modular strategy of prefabricated primary and secondary school buildings.Combined with the application of modular strategy in prefabricated primary and secondary school buildings,this paper analyzes the modular design strategy in the project of Nanjing Hexi South Middle School(4 #);finally,it prospects the research on modular strategy of primary and secondary school buildings from the perspective of prefabricated buildings.
