| With the progress of national economic strength and the vigorous development of education,the general plan and design of primary school campus has been paid more and more attention.The promotion of national urbanization process and the implementation of new norms put forward higher requirements for the quantity and quality of primary school campus in the future.At present,the research on the primary school campus planning and architectural design strategy at home and abroad has achieved some results,but the current research findings for guiding some special conditions of the primary school campus practice projects still have some deficiencies.In view of this background,the thesis takes the Zhonghua Road Primary School Project in Chongqing as an opportunity to further summarize the feasibility strategies of primary school campus planning and architectural design.By means of literature consult,practical case study and multi-disciplinary integration,this thesis systematically explores and summarizes the feasibility strategies of the general layout,plane function layout,vertical organization of space,facade modeling design and green building technology application of primary school campus.For the general plan,it is mainly carried out from three aspects: architectural layout,traffic filament line organization and outdoor environment shaping;For the layout of plane function,it is mainly carried out from four aspects:teaching room,office room,sports facilities and living room;For the vertical organization of the space,it is mainly carried out from four aspects: the height index of the section layer,the vertical layout of the room,the intensive vertical layout strategy and the treatment method to deal with the complex terrain;For the facade design,it mainly focuses on the three aspects:the image of building,the color of building and the material of building;For the common green building technology,it is mainly carried out from two aspects : energy saving and material saving.Finally,this thesis puts the above strategies into the project of Zhonghua Road Primary School in Yuzhong District of Chongqing,analyzes the design key points and difficulties in the actual project,combines the strategies with the project and flexibly uses the design strategies to meet the design requirements and solve the difficulties in the design process.This thesis almost contains 90000 characters,with 179 figures and 18 tables in total. |
