Study On Interior Design Of Community Youth Apartment

More and more young people come into the first tier cities,with the development of urbanization.It is more and more difficult for young people to buy houses with the rising price of house in recent years,renting houses has become their only choice.Compared with other forms of rental housing,community-based youth apartments attract the attention of youth groups.The community-based youth apartments have complete household appliances,fashionable decoration,reasonable price,and their own social attributes,which not only meet the material needs of youth groups,but also meet the spiritual needs of social interaction.It is necessary to study the community-based youth apartment due to the late emergence of this type of youth apartment in China,unstandardized design process and method,and the lack of relevant research.The first chapter of this paper first explains the background of the research,the aggravation of the housing problem in China has given birth to the new housing demand of young people,and analyzes the current situation of theoretical research at home and abroad.The second chapter mainly defines and expounds the object of study-youth group and community type youth apartment,and puts forward the connotation,characteristics and development status of community type youth apartment after in-depth investigation of its generation,type and development mode.The third chapter studies the behavior characteristics,lifestyle,current situation and needs of the youth group,and finds that the group has obvious social attributes and personalized requirements.The fourth chapter investigates and studies the existing cases of community-based youth apartments in foreign countries,analyzes and sorts out the basic supporting theories,and point the benefits and existing problems for the design of community-based youth apartments.In the fifth chapter,the author puts forward the design method of spatial modular composite under the concept of intensive,which uses the time difference to realize the fuzzy function,to achieve the integration of modules,and to try to maximize the use of space in the limited space according to the young people's mental needs and living needs.It is proposed to create a suitable social environment by using the advantages of place,and to design interior space from the aspects of space shape,light environment,creating interior landscape environment,paying attention to the humanization of design,CMF principle,etc.In the last chapter,based on the existing technology level,the author discusses the development trend of community-based youth apartments,that is,intelligence,sustainability,attribution and big data design.Lastly,it is hoped that this paper can arouse the designers' attention on the communication space of youth groups,the construction of communication atmosphere.Giving the youth groups the greatest humanistic care by improving the living environment quality of youth apartments.
