Study On The Aging Interior Design Of Community Embedded Seniors' Apartment

China has entered the stage of aging society.The traditional pension model is difficult to adapt to the needs of social development.A single method of home-based retirement gradually shifts to a diversified mode of supporting the aged that the society and the family share.In the "silver economy" state,the development of China's pension industry relatively lags behind.As a result,the contradiction between the demand and supply of the growing social pension service has become increasingly prominent.The problem of community living in the elderly has to be solved urgently.Therefore,it is urgent to study and refine the aging design of elderly apartments.This article focuses on the elderly apartment in the community as the research object.By means of studying the physical and psychological needs,life characteristics and behavior characteristics of the elderly and combining with successful cases at home and abroad and field research,this article analyzes the elderly living space needs and explores the designing method of the aged apartment 's interior space environment.The ultimate goal is to improve the life of seniors and provide suggestions for the feasibility of indoor aging design in elderly apartments in China.Chapter 1: This chapter introduces the theme through a brief introduction of the research background,research purposes and significance of the apartment.Chapter 2: In this chapter,we will sort out the related researches and actual cases at home and abroad to find out the principles and countermeasures that can be used for the design of the indoor environment of the elderly apartments.Chapter 3: This chapter analyzes the spatial needs of the elderly through the physical,psychological and behavioral changes of the elderly,building an aging environment.Chapter 4: In this chapter,we summarize the existing problems in the elderly apartment through the field survey,and put forward the principle of the aged apartment.Chapter 5: This chapter is the practical part of this thesis.Based on the current situation of the base,this chapter establishes the design concepts,and presents the results and the impression drawing of the interior design of the senior apartment.
