With the development of Internet technology,driven by the global economy,fast,convenient and accurate information services have blossomed in all walks of life in society.Enterprises need to face large amounts of data,complicated approval processes,and distributed processing modules and other situations,in order to solve these problems,cloud computing platform technology applications came into being.Cloud computing platform can provide fast,convenient,configurable,shared computing resources based on network environment,which can be accessed on demand on the network.In software development projects,the application of cloud computing platforms is becoming more and more extensive.With the introduction of cloud computing platforms,the risk management issues for cloud computing platform software development projects also need more attention.In this paper,through case analysis,literature research and other methods,based on the actual case of the company P's cloud computing platform software development project,combined with risk management theory,the risk management process and tool methods of the cloud computing platform software development project are studied.According to the risk identification,risk analysis,risk response,and risk monitoring processes of risk management,the risk causes,risk classification,risk measures,and risk monitoring methods of cloud computing platform software development projects are analyzed and summarized.Through risk identification,it is concluded that the risks of the cloud computing platform are concentrated in the scope definition,cost estimation risk,technical risk,human resource risk,cloud computing platform security risk,data risk,and later configuration operation and maintenance risk.Qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis are used to determine the priority and exposure of risks,and the expected monetary value of high-level risks is obtained and used to guide risk response decisions,propose project risk response plans,project monitoring plans,and cloud computing platforms.The monitoring points that need to be paid attention to for project risk monitoring have been sorted out.This article combines the actual situation of the company P's cloud computing platform software development project,and uses risk assessment methods such as probability and impact matrix,decision tree,fishbone diagram and other risk assessment methods in risk management to propose risk management content for cloud computing platform software project,Gives a set of practical risk management methods for cloud computing platform software development projects.
