Research On Risk Management Of BG Cloud Computing Data Center In The Third Phase Improvement Project

In the Internet plus era,there are several inevitable hidden risks found in BG cloud computing data center,resulting from more tenants,changes in application needs,more facilities installation and deployment,and aging facilities during daily operation and evaluation by professional institutions.To maintain the stable operation of the cloud computing data center,the data center should be optimized and upgraded.Due to the operational characteristics of cloud computing data center,optimization and improvement should be dealt with online,which will have impacts on many aspects and factors,and bring several challenges to a successful completion of the project.This paper takes BG cloud computing data center in the third phase improvement project,according to the management mode of risk identification,risk assessment,risk response and control,the application of literature research method,brainstorming and risk checklist method to identify such risks as investment strategies,contracts,design,construction,management,safety,acceptance,natural environment,using the Expert scoring method and LEC method for qualitative and quantitative evaluation on risks,risk coping strategies and project risk control measures are discussed.To formulate measures for risk control and to reduce the risk of project implementation,measures are taken to ensure the completion of this project,and that the data center infrastructures will be able to run in a safer and more reliable operation environment in the upcoming years.
