Research On Modular High-rise Building Form

High-rise building has become one of the main building type in most urban development in our country,dominated the basic appearance of many cities,on people's lives and profound impact on the city's image.Under the background of building industrialization,China has successively introduced many policies to support the development of prefabricated buildings,which makes the prefabricated assembly construction method more and more important in the construction system of high-rise buildings and lays a foundation for the development of "prefabricated modular high-rise buildings" with higher assembly degree.However,although China has made many explorations on how to improve the construction quality and production efficiency of prefab buildings for a long time,the research on the form construction of prefab high-rise buildings is insufficient,which makes the prefab construction method in China too simple in the form of high-rise buildings.Firstly,this dissertation studies the necessary social and economic conditions and theoretical basis affecting the development of prefab building by combing the development process of prefab building at home and abroad and the related theories and construction systems.Secondly,this dissertation also discusses the design characteristics of prefabricated high-rise buildings,and studies the influence of different structural types and construction modes on prefabricated high-rise buildings.Then through the analysis of different types of projects,the paper studies the logic of the form-based construction of prefabricated high-rise buildings,and on this basis,the dissertation expounds the form of "prefabricated modular high-rise buildings" with the characteristics of modular formbased construction.Through the case classification and research,the author summarizes the form characteristics and form construction methods of modular high-rise building.Based on the theory of building digital construction,this dissertation discusses the development trend of prefabricated modular high-rise buildings in the current digital construction technology,component customization and network customization sharing environment.In the program design of the subject practice,the modular spatial construction strategy is applied to carry out experiments on the spatial construction of modular high-rise buildings,and to provide some guidance for the prefabricated high-rise buildings.
