In the industry and the civil construction structure, the promotion and application of the high-rise housing was more and more prevalent, this paper took an example the of some high-rise apartment building project as background, through the system summary information at home and abroad related to the construction technology of high-rose apartment building, this paper also summarized the application result of certain key technologies in some project.The construction technology and the craft of the screw rod perfusion pile was introduced in detail. The experiment indicated that, the method of the screw rod perfusion pile instead of the conventional concrete pile body was adopted in the collapsible loess region, the settlement deformation of the pile body was reduced by the special structure and the construction method of the screw rod pile, and the vertical compressive bearing capacity of the single pile was enhanced effectively, the pile foundation project quality was guaranteed.The paper introduced the background project’s attached scaffolding principle, design parameters, construction technology and processes, and focused on the construction scheme of the special parts, the construction results indicated that attached scaffolding safety performance can satisfy the construction requirements of the common civil high-rise building.For the problem of crack prone in the exterior wall of high-rise building after construction, it is recommended that the leveling putty with quartz sand and additional fiberglass anti-crack net was used in the project, putty layer cracking resistance ability was enhanced, and this craft can effectively avoid the micro cracks. Moreover, the construction technology of metal fluorocarbon paint spraying can make the exterior wall to the effect of aluminum plate curtain wall.Through the special process of mixing rubber asphalt emulsion and demulsifier, a high elastic waterproof, anticorrosive coating was generated, this coating by the special equipment spraying can instantly form compact, continuous, integrity and with high elongation, super elasticity, excellent durability waterproof coating, and can effectively solve the problems such as the coiled material waterproof layer series of water, leakage caused by the cracks at the base course, long construction period and so on.This paper research results may provide the reference for the similar project construction, the method involved in the paper for dealing with common problems in the similar engineering had good reference value.
