In order to promote the design and production of engineering wood products,Canada fully supports the completion of prefabricated wood structure construction projects,and is in a leading position in the world in the application of prefabricated wood structure.With the application of a large number of prefabricated timber structures in multi-storey and high-rise building projects,Canada has accumulated a lot of practical experience in the design of multi-storey and high-rise timber structures,and the research of its prefabricated construction technology in the field of multi-storey and high-rise buildings is becoming more and more perfect.Excellent information integration ability makes BIM Technology establish a dominant position in prefabricated building design,so BIM Technology has become a common technology in Canadian prefabricated wood structure construction projects.In the project of prefabricated multi-storey and high-rise wood structure building,because its structural design mostly selects the wood mixed structure system,the output of information is large,and it needs a special platform to complete the information sharing.BIM Technology can use three-dimensional view to assist the structural design of the project.At the same time,its information integration ability can also provide a circulation platform for the whole life cycle of the project It is the information carrier in the network.During the field research and internship in Canada,the author participated in many practical projects of prefabricated multi-storey wood structure buildings,accumulated a lot of relevant knowledge and experience,and finally selected the prefabricated multi-storey wood structure buildings in Canada as the research object of this paper.In this paper,firstly,through the analysis of the structure and design points of prefabricated multi-storey and high-rise wood structure building,a large number of theoretical basis is summarized,and the design principles of prefabricated multi-storey and high-rise wood structure building are summarized.Combined with the background and development status,the research direction is determined.Secondly,through the cross research of BIM,prefabricated wood structure and prefabricated multi-storey and high-rise building,the three concepts are summarized Secondly,by summarizing and analyzing the key technologies of prefabricated multi-storey and high-rise wood structure building design,it is found that the unit module design system can maximize the advantages of prefabricated construction in the design of multi-storey and high-rise wood structure.At the same time,through the component information database of BIM Technology,the structure and function of the unit module are improved,and the attention points of the later construction are cooperated to avoid the single module Finally,through the actual project in the theoretical attempt,it provides a reference for the development of domestic prefabricated wooden building.
