Study On Structural Design Of Prefabricated Haigh-rise Residential Building Joints In Beijing,Tianjin And Hebei Area

At present,China is in the stage of rapid urbanization,along with the rapid development of the eastern coastal urban agglomerations and the influx of large numbers of talents at home and abroad.The rapid growth of the resident population in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei can solve the problem of rapid settlement of population housing in the very limited urban residential land.How to avoid many backward construction methods,such as low efficiency,large safety risk and long construction cycle,can be avoided in the traditional construction mode.The prefabricated high-rise residential buildings have the advantages that are incomparable with the traditional site pouring house in the aspects of building performance,construction speed,engineering quality,mechanization degree and environmental protection.This construction method is more and more widely used in Beijing Tianjin Hebei region,which will also become the inevitable trend of the development of building industrialization.Potential.In this paper,the definition,historical origin,current situation and characteristics of prefabricated buildings are comprehensively analyzed and analyzed.On this basis,it focuses on the special area of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,the specific type of high-rise prefabricated housing,the key link of the construction node structure design.By comparing with traditional cast-in-place construction technology in terms of technology,economy,safety and environmental protection,the advantages and disadvantages of prefabricated building are obtained.Then the development trend and technical application of the construction information model technology are studied,and the solution to the environmental simulation is put forward by combining the information model technology to the problems in the design of the node structure.Finally,three concrete housing projects in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei region are used to reflect the existing problems and improvement measures in the design of the existing building nodes,which will provide technical reference for the design practice of the node in the future,and gradually realize the upgrading of the construction industry.Thesis research is of great significance and value both in theory and practice.
