| The construction industry has embarked on a process of modernization to align itself with the new development opportunities and policies of the national economic transformation and upgrading.Guided by the new development concept,the industry is undergoing transformation and upgrading,with a focus on expansion of production capacity,optimization of industrial structure and regional layout.The industrialization and integration of information technology are the primary areas of emphasis in this modernization process.At present,our country is still in the primary stage of construction industrialization and information,the traditional cast-in-place construction mode still occupies a major position,its existing problems such as environmental pollution,low utilization of resources,low production efficiency,labor cost rising,it is already difficult to meet the current construction industry modernization transformation needs.As the core of construction industry industrialization and information,the assembly-type building is also the main form to promote the digital construction of construction industry in our country.Because of its advantages of low pollution in construction,fast construction speed and high utilization rate of resources,the assembly-type building has become a hot spot in the development of construction field.This paper firstly summarizes the research status of collaborative integration of BIM technology and RFID technology at home and abroad,and puts forward the problems faced in the process of information tracking of assembled steel structural parts.Then,combined with the relevant theories of BIM and RFID technology,the feasibility of the integration of BIM and RFID technical information is analyzed,and the overall scheme of information management of the final component is determined.Secondly,combined with the characteristics of RFID technology tag storage information,RFID chips are placed in the prefabricated components,information collection and acquisition are carried out by using the tag chips,receivers are set at the key nodes on site,and the status information of components is automatically input into the collaborative platform,and managers can query,update and modify the corresponding status information of components by scanning the tag twodimensional code.Then,by combining BIM and RFID technical data,a 3D simulation of the construction process is executed on a collaborative BIM platform.This platform enables integrated management of component state information during the construction phase,allowing for the streamlined management of component storage and construction progress monitoring for prefabricated.Finally,based on the actual project,the integration and application of BIM and RFID technology in the information management of components in prefabricated buildings are studied,including the status tracking of components by RFID technology,input,association and call sharing of component information,simulation of component hoisting by BIM technology,simulation of component installation scheme,etc.The utilization of BIM technology can enhance the efficiency and quality of prefabricated buildings while facilitating the modernization of the construction industry.This paper provides a new idea for the application of BIM and RFID technology in the digital construction management of prefabricated buildings.Although there are many research achievements on the introduction of BIM and RFID technology into prefabricated buildings,there is a lack of detailed management of information transmission and an overall plan for component information management in the links of production,transportation,admission,storage and hoisting.The application of BIM and RFID technology to the whole process management of information transmission of prefabricated building components remains to be further studied.This paper provides a new idea for the application of BIM and RFID technology in the digital construction management of prefabricated buildings.Although there are many research achievements on the introduction of BIM and RFID technology into prefabricated buildings,there is a lack of detailed management of information transmission and an overall plan for component information management in the links of production,transportation,admission,storage and hoisting.The application of BIM and RFID technology to the whole process management of information transmission of prefabricated building components remains to be further studied. |
