Research On Fine Design Of High-rise Prefabricated Residential Building

In the 21 st century,the process of urbanization in my country has gradually accelerated,and the living standards of residents have been significantly improved.In the context of the macroeconomic policy of sustainable development,high-rise prefabricated residential buildings adhere to the modern building development concepts such as green,low-carbon,energy-saving and environmental protection,and effectively reduce the waste of resources and environmental pollution caused by the construction of traditional high-rise residential buildings.However,in the design of high-rise prefabricated houses,problems such as the lack of scrutiny of residential plan and space design under standardization,and the lack of diversification and individualization of residential facade design still exist.Based on this,the refined design concept is combined with high-rise prefabricated houses,and specific design strategies are explored from the perspective of refined design to solve the existing problems in the design of high-rise prefabricated houses and achieve the purpose of improving the quality and sustainability of the building.In today’s housing industrialization,improving the quality of residence and creating a livable space have become the common needs of users and builders.Research on the refined design of high-rise prefabricated houses based on this can not only provide references for residential planning and architectural design,but also have important significance for the development of high-rise prefabricated houses.This research focuses on the refined design of high-rise prefabricated houses.First,clarify the purpose and significance of the research,sort out the development context of high-rise prefabricated houses at home and abroad through literature collection and sorting,and summarize the relevant theories and practices of refined design and BIM technology,interpret its connotation,and find refined design,BIM technology,and high-rise prefabricated residences,and analyze the significance of refined design concepts for the design of high-rise prefabricated residences.Secondly,research on the structural system,prefabricated components and BIM technology of high-rise prefabricated houses.Combining refined design concepts and actual cases,the structural system of high-rise prefabricated houses is analyzed,and the prefabricated components of high-rise prefabricated houses are classified.Then,it summarizes the principles of refined design of high-rise prefabricated houses,and explores specific refined design strategies from the three aspects of residential plane and space,residential facades,and BIM technology,including the combination of residential space,public space and apartment types.Design,optimization of residential facade components,facade texture and color expression,exterior wall performance,and analysis of BIM technology in the entire design process.On this basis,further optimize the design of high-rise prefabricated residential buildings.Finally,this article takes the Talent Building of Zhengzhou University as a practical research project,uses the design theory of the aforementioned part to guide practice,analyzes its refined design,specifically through prefabricated components,residential facades,prefabricated integrated decoration,and combined with BIM technology,etc.This verifies the applicability and rationality of the refined design strategy in practical applications.
