The Comparative Research Of Open And Closed Residential District Which Coordinate With Cities

Residential district,the relationship between it and a city is similar with the link between a cell and a entire body.A residential district is the habitat of residents,and it is also an important part of a city.A healthy residential district could constantly invigorate the city,and it is also the power protection for urban development.Moreover,the healthy development could provide a perfect platform for the standard of living in the residential area.The Coordinated development of residential districts and a city is significant in both urban and residential levels.The dissertation is based on the problem appeared in the coordination of urban and residential development,and put forwards three main problems: urban traffic congestion,the inefficient public facilities in urban residential area,a sense of coldness caused by the spatial partition of the urban and residential area.Furthermore,the residential area could be distinguished into two parts in a level of spatial morphology : open residential district and closed residential district.The dissertation also analyzes the pros and cons of the different kinds of residential district.The research problems and research objects have been fixed,and the dissertation takes the coordination of urban and residential area as the main research object,and divides the coordination into three aspects: the transportation,common resource and utilization.Then,studying the problem by speciation analysis,space syntax and questionnaire investigation separately.The data bases could be generatedby comparative analysis of the two residential districts.Besides that,the overseas idea of urban residential construction and Chinese typical cases could provide references for the study.Finally,the optimum suggest relating to coordination of urban residential areas could be summarized by the discussion of theories and data bases.
