Study On The Moderately Open Transformation Of The Closed Cell Based On The Block Concept

Currently,the theory of urban residential district planning and the form of construction are mainly based on the closed,and the introverted concept occupies the dominant position in China.And they cater to the government,developers and residents’ preference.However,With the revolutions of the city nature and change of life style,disadvantages of this pattern are increasingly: traffic congestion,devitalization,facilities self-sufficient and other social problems will never end.While the new urbanism building blocks shows great superiority in the structure,shape,space layout and function.In early 2016,the state put forward the document that 《Opinions on Further Strengthening the management of urban planning and construction》show the city should popularizing the block system and the development of open residential area has become the main trend.It is necessary to combine the various factors to carry out a comprehensive study on the realization of the block system of the existing community,which is not blind.Therefore,this paper focuses on the existing residential areas of the open style update.The paper summarized the theoretical development of urban residential district planning.Construction and renovation from urban planning,architecture,landscape and other fields.Through the mentality of discovery,present,analyzing and solving the problem,then in-depth study on the system structure from scale,access and calm of road,orderly and interactive of landscape,combination of facilities and other aspects of generalized multi-level strategy,on both the closed cell problems to crack.Then taking Xuzhou as an example,proposes the adaptive reconstruction scheme under the new situation.The first part is the introduction,introducing the background,significance,purpose and methods of research,combing the context to determine the frame structure;The second part is the basic research,including the development process of urban residential areas in China,and research on the willingness of the residents.In the third part,the author analyzes the case of the domestic and international excellent block residential area construction,and summarizes the moderate open construction method,and applies it to the research of this paper.The fourth section is the most critical part,the method of renewal and reconstruction of the Existing enclosed residential areas is proposed.From multi angle Include road,landscape space,facilities,etc.The fifth part,according to the characteristics of the case,put forward the application of open residential district in Xuzhou,and explain the specific measures;the sixth part is put forward some thinking about the need to take into account the settlements.
