Research On The Floating Population Residential Space In Jinan In The Social Transformation Period

Entered the period of social transformation,under the background of rapid urbanization which is unprecedented,our country’s social system and economic construction advanced rapidly,and the achievements drawed worldwide’s attention.But at the same time,our city also faced complex development difficulties (the poor and rich gap difficulties,the fair difficulties,the corruption difficulties,the group at risk difficulties and so on), there were more and more unharmonious phenomenon in the city.The first is the phenomenon of the "urban dualization"which is brought by the health problems of rapid urbanization.hundreds of millions of rural surplus labor pour from the countryside into city,they made indelible contribution to city social, economic and cultural development,but can not enjoy the most basic housing security in the city. Only living in the small, dark, airless room, placing in the simple shacks buildings, even sleeping on the street and station under the overpass,and there are significant unsafe factors and hidden troubles in public security.The cases of malignant group events occurred in Guang dong in JUNE2011,which were because the demanding payments event between peasant works and local residents in Chao zhou and the "riot" event between floating population and local sheriff in Zeng cheng Guangzhou,all showed the serious problems existing in the floating population living areas in the city.In order to realize harmonious development,China city should to break the "urban dualization" isolation,and to promote the fusion and inclusive development of all sectors of society and floating population,and to reflect the society equity and justice.So,aiming at the floating population’s living problems in our city in the social transformation period,this paper from point to surface,Studying on the expansion of residential space of floating population in Ji’nan City, and from the point of urban palnning puting forward some solutions on the floating population’s housing problems in Ji’nan city,so as to find a new way to solve this complex social problems,and let migrant workers realize real citizenization.This paper contains6chaptersChapter1: Exordium. This part mainly introduces the research background, purpose and significance,and summarize the domestic and foreign related research results,then put forward the related concepts, the research methods and the research framework.Chapter2: Studying on the floating population residential space expansion in Ji’nan from macro-layer of city.Inculding the research scope,the characteristics of quantitative distribution of floating population in Ji’nan, and the residential types.Chapter3: Through the issuance of the questionnaire, studying on the floating population’s living status and satisfaction in Ji’nan from the microscopic aspect,and initially establishing the residential satisfaction assessment index system of floating population in Ji’nan,which is balance the housing units and the environment of community.Then though the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to determinethe weights of different factors in the index system,finally obtain the satisfaction value of different types of floating population residential space.Chapter4:On the basis of the analysis on the supply and demand characteristics of floating population residentialspaceinJi’nan,by drawinglessons fromother developed areas (Singapore,Hongkong)policy in solving the housing problem of floating population during the rapid urbanization process, proposing the establishment of municipal management,and proposing the preliminary conception in the aspects of financing and housing supply.Chapter5: To explore the planning strategy of new floating population residential space in Ji’nan,starting from the discussion of location,and taking the distribution of public facilities and outdoor public space design as the key point.Taking organic mixedshared communion—home ownership as the main line, to discuss the planning strategies of improving floating population’s living space environment,and beneficial to the floating population living.Chapter6: Peroration.Summarizing and reviewing the whole paper,and explaining the shortage of the research,in order to promote more useful research.
