In recent years,"C hina's intelligent manufacturing","C hinese creation","C hinese refinement",and "artisan spirit" have flooded the media,and now they have become the consensus of policy-makers.In order to achieve the transformation of the traditional "Made in China" towards this goal,engineering innovation is the main battlefield of innovation activities and the construction of a national innovation system,and it is the key support point for the realization o f the strategy of manufacturing a strong country.The engineering innovation ability has become a talent literacy that needs to be improved.For full-time engineering masters who are active in the field of engineering innovation in the future,their level of engineering innovation ability largely determines the breadth and depth of engineering innovation.Therefore,in order to comprehensively improve the engineering master's innovation ability,research on its influencing factors has become full-time An important part of the master of engineering training.However,the ability of engineering innovation is affected by multiple factors,and it is difficult to directly observe the latent variables.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze its influencing factors and influencing mechanisms in order to be targeted in the promotion process.This research construct an analysis framework of influencing factors of the engineering innovation ability of full-time engineering masters.The full-time engineering master's degree of four universities in G province is selected as the research sample to analyze the engineering innovation ability in depth.The influencing factors and influencing mechanism are defined by the ability-oriented theory,and relevant empirical models of engineering innovation ability influencing factors are constructed by reference to four mature scales at home and abroad.Competence and engineering innovation have a significant positive impact;interdisciplinary knowledge integration plays an intermediary role between basic knowledge and engineering innovation ability,but does not play an intermediary role in basic knowledge and subject competence;current standards for subject competency evaluation Can't positively affect engineering innovation ability;teamwork plays a moderating role between the relationship between basic knowledge and engineering innovation ability.This study revealed the existence of full-time engineering master's degree training: "Studying only in the textbook theory,lack of understanding of the cutting-edge situation of industry development and related policies and regulations,weak ability to identify information quality,failure to properly treat problems in different disciplines,and "The current education evaluation system fails to correctly measure the level of mastery of basic knowledge." In response to the existing problems,specific suggestions such as “expanding the coverage of basic knowledge,cultivating interdisciplinary talents,reforming the assessment mechanism,redefining outstanding talents,and encouraging team innovation” are proposed,with a view to comprehensively improving the training objectives of relevant education authorities.The ability to innovate provides useful lessons.
