| Railway engineering is an important carrier of technological innovation.The development of technological innovation has effectively reduced railway engineering costs,improved engineering efficiency and safety,but still faces a series of problems.Difficulty in coordinating innovative resources,sharing and inheriting innovative achievements,and insufficient support and guarantee are all key issues that need to be addressed in railway engineering technology innovation.The existing theoretical research on technological innovation in railway engineering is relatively weak and does not meet the development needs of China’s railway engineering.At the same time,the demand for railway engineering and technological innovation projects in complex and difficult areas in China is increasing day by day.Therefore,this article conducts research on railway engineering technology innovation in complex and difficult areas based on system dynamics,in order to comprehensively understand the essence of the influencing factors of railway engineering technology innovation in complex and difficult areas and explore their mechanisms of action.This article first analyzes the characteristics and innovation process of railway engineering technology innovation in complex and difficult areas based on the theory of complex product systems.It identifies 22 influencing factors of railway engineering technology innovation in complex and difficult areas,constructs an impact indicator system that includes five types of factors: environment,technology,resources,technology,and management.Based on this,the mechanism and interrelationships of the influencing factors were analyzed.Then,based on the above analysis,a dynamic model of railway engineering technology innovation system in complex and difficult areas is constructed.Through simulation,sensitivity analysis and critical path analysis are conducted on the influencing factors of railway engineering technology innovation in complex and difficult areas to determine the key influencing factors and critical paths.The results indicate that the key influencing factors for railway engineering technology innovation in complex and difficult areas are technological innovation capability,technological innovation strategy,technological product demand,supporting industrial bases,technological innovation incentive mechanisms,and R&D capital investment.The key path is: technological innovation strategy-theoretical foundation research-level of technological development-suitability of technological environment,demand for technological products-R&D capital investment-organizational scale-organizational coordination,and R&D capital investment-organizational scale-organizational coordination.Finally,in response to the technological innovation of railway engineering in complex and difficult areas,this article proposes a technological innovation guarantee mechanism that focuses on providing stable policy support and financial support,strengthening the leadership of technological innovation strategies,strengthening theoretical basic research and accelerating the construction of supporting industrial bases.The article also proposes developing a good learning mechanism,establishing effective incentive mechanisms,utilizing reasonable coordination mechanisms based technology innovation management system.In order to promote the technological innovation and management level of railway engineering in complex and difficult areas,and improve the efficiency of technological innovation. |
