With the acceleration of scientific and technological revolution and industrial reform,China vigorously promotes the "new engineering construction".The new industrial revolution calls for the transformation of engineering education paradigm.As the core competitiveness of engineering practice activities,it is an urgent need to strengthen the training of engineering practice ability of new engineering professionals.However,there are many phenomena of "emphasizing theory and neglecting practice" in China’s engineering practice education.The reason is that most of them do not distinguish the primary and secondary relationship between theory and practice,and do not know the connotation of engineering practice ability,so that the engineering practice ability of new engineering professionals can’t meet the needs of enterprises and society.As an important base for talent export in China,colleges and universities actively meet the training needs of national new engineering professionals’ engineering practice ability,and cultivate new engineering professionals who meet the needs of society.This study takes undergraduate engineering talents from colleges and Universities Participating in the national new engineering construction strategy as the research object,and uses the method of questionnaire survey to focus on the basic problem of "how to improve the engineering practice ability of new engineering professionals",along the logical main line of "current situation and demand analysis-static analysis of influencing factors-Dynamic Analysis of influencing factors-mechanism operation",The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The current situation of engineering practice ability of new engineering professionals and the needs of enterprises are analyzed.Based on the questionnaire survey method,this paper designs the questionnaire on the current situation of the training of new engineering professionals(students and teachers)and the questionnaire for the analysis of the needs of enterprises for the training of new engineering professionals,from understanding the needs of enterprises,the construction of practical courses,the practical experience of teachers,practical teaching methods,the evaluation of practical teaching quality The industry university cooperation practice project analyzes the current situation of the engineering practice ability of new engineering professionals,and analyzes the demand of enterprises for new engineering professionals from the perspective of new engineering from the satisfaction of enterprises with the engineering design ability,engineering application ability,engineering operation ability and engineering communication ability of new engineering professionals.⑵ The structural equation model of influencing factors of engineering practice ability of new engineering professionals is established.Based on the structural equation theory,the relationship between the influencing factors is deeply studied from the static point of view.The results show that:(1)university level > enterprise level > social training level > individual level;(2)Understand the needs of enterprises,the practical experience of teaching staff,the practical projects of industry university cooperation,the construction of practical courses,practical teaching methods and the evaluation of practical teaching quality;(3)The role of enterprise tutors in guiding new engineering and technical personnel,carrying out continuing education in the field of engineering,pre job professional training for new employees,informal communication among colleagues,professional teaching guidance and recruiting new engineering graduates decreased in turn;(4)The effect intensity of industry engineering practice training,industry engineering practice ability technology appraisal and engineering practice training effect decreases in turn;(5)The function intensity of personal practice consciousness,personal internal motivation to improve professional practice ability,personal knowledge transformation ability,personal thirst for knowledge and lifelong learning ability decreases in turn.(3)The dynamic simulation model of influencing factors of engineering practice ability of new engineering professionals is constructed.Based on the theory of system dynamics,this paper explores the constituent elements of the engineering practice ability system of new engineering professionals and the dynamic relationship between various factors.The results show that:(1)the level of comprehensive strength of colleges and universities > the level of Enterprise Development >the level of social training > the level of personal quality.(2)In the dimension of comprehensive strength of colleges and universities,understanding the needs of enterprises > practical experience of teachers > practical projects of industry university cooperation > practical curriculum construction > practical teaching methods > practical teaching quality evaluation;(3)In the dimension of enterprise development level,enterprise tutors guide new engineering and technical personnel > carry out continuing education in the field of engineering specialty > pre job professional training for new employees > professional teaching guidance for informal communication among colleagues > recruit new engineering graduates;(4)Industrial engineering practice training > technical appraisal of industrial engineering practice ability > pertinence of engineering practice training effect;(5)Personal practice consciousness > personal internal motivation to improve professional practice ability > personal knowledge transformation ability >Personal thirst for knowledge and lifelong learning ability.(4)Put forward the implementation countermeasures for the cultivation of engineering practice ability of new engineering professionals.This paper puts forward the implementation countermeasures for the cultivation of engineering practice ability of new engineering professionals from four aspects: university level,enterprise level,social training level and individual level.(1)university level: optimize the design of training objectives,optimize the design of curriculum system,strengthen the quality control of teaching links,strengthen the construction of teachers and strengthen school enterprise cooperation;(2)Enterprise level:strengthen the sense of cooperation,provide enterprise support,establish evaluation and feedback mechanism,and give full play to the guiding role of enterprise mentors;(3)Social training: give full play to the guiding role of social training institutions and improve the incentive and feedback mechanism of social training institutions;(4)Personal level: enhance the internal motivation of new engineering professionals and enhance the practical awareness of new engineering professionals.Through the research on the influencing factors of the engineering practice ability of new engineering professionals,this paper improves the knowledge,ability and quality of new engineering professionals from the perspective of new engineering,further enriches the engineering education theory,promotes the optimization and innovation of the engineering practice ability of new engineering professionals in China,and provides reference and reference for the cultivation of new engineering professionals in higher education.This paper has 35 figures,27 tables and 166 references.
