Research On The Difference Of Independent Innovation Ability And Its Influencing Factors In Equipment Manufacturing Industry Of Heilongjiang Province

In the report of the 19th CPC national congress,the deployment of accelerating the creation of an innovation-oriented country was made clear,in which the realization of independent innovation was taken as an important basis point of the whole strategy,so as to continuously enhance the country’s comprehensive strength and international competitiveness Developing the manufacturing industry,especially the equipment manufacturing industry,is the most important task to ensure the high-quality and high-level development of the economy As one of the old industrial bases,it is difficult for Heilongjiang Province to form industrial advantages relying on traditional technologies.With heavy machinery overcapacity makes the equipment manufacturing industry was once troubled,in urgent need of independent innovation to speed up the transformation and upgrading of equipment manufacturing industry and upgrade the industrial structure of equipment manufacturing,through the research and development design extending industrial chain,promote new product added value and market share,injected new momentum to the economic development of Heilongjiang Province.Therefore,to further understand the independent innovation situation of equipment manufacturing industry in Heilongjiang Province and promote the overall long-term and stable development of equipment manufacturing industry.This paper firstly summarizes the relevant literature and theoretical basis of equipment manufacturing industry and independent innovation,defines the relevant concepts of equipment manufacturing industry and independent innovation,and elaborates the independent innovation theory from the aspects of characteristics,elements and mechanism.Then,the status quo of equipment manufacturing industry in Heilongjiang Province is analyzed from three perspectives:the overall,industry and region.Secondly,a reasonable evaluation index system is established,which mainly focuses on three dimensions and six levels of independent innovation input,output and environment.Factor analysis method is used to measure seven industries and twelve regions,so as to accurately and comprehensively evaluate the differences in independent innovation capacity of equipment manufacturing industry in Heilongjiang Province.Once again,,eight internal and external influencing factors are selected to construct the model of influencing factors of independent innovation ability Finally,from the perspectives of industry,region and government,countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward to effectively resolve the differences in independent innovation ability and improve the independent innovation ability of equipment manufacturing industry in Heilongjiang Province.
