| China’s urbanization is speeding up with a large number of urban residential be built.However,the community public service facilities are obviously lagging behind.With the intensification of aging in China,the "home-based care" policy also puts forward higher requirements for community public service facilities.At present,the national and local governments attach great importance to the development of community public service facilities with a series of policies and standards introduced to promote the construction of community centers providing "one-stop" services.Besides,prefabricated building is a major trend in China’s construction industry since the country is trying its best to increase the penetration of prefabricated building,and modular building is a new technique of construction in prefabricated building,which represents the top level of industrialization.In order to achieve a more economical,faster,greener and higher quality construction,the community center needs to explore a efficient industrial design and construction mode of architecture.Based on the steel modular prefabrication technology,this paper conducts the architectural design research of community center built in modular construction,and explores the design method and technical path of flexible application of the basic modular unit of box type as well as its modular combination.The thesis starts with literature research and field research to conduct design theory research.Based on the analysis of the research status of community centers and modular buildings,through the typical case studies of community centers and field surveys of several community centers in Guangzhou,the functional configuration,spatial characteristics and usage characteristics of community centers were summarized,and the technical characteristics of key elements of steel modules construction that affect the architecture design are combed.On this basis,considering the requirements of structure,equipment and functional performance,this paper explores the design method of basic modular unit and the potential of module combination of community center,conducts the design research on the adaptability of module combination from the three dimensions of plane,space and facade,and establishes a set of technical paths of architecture design in modular construction.Secondly,based on the constructed design theory,a community in Guangzhou was selected for the design plan simulation verification of the community center in modular construction.The verification plan targeted the goals of solving the existing problems of the public service facilities in the community,selected two sites to propose the architectural design plan,verified the technical feasibility of the standard modules and their combined models to meet the functional spaces of multiple scales,and through a construction simulation of one design plans,the construction points,feasibility of the construction of the community center built in modular construction and the advantages of this new construction method are discussed.Finally,based on the above theoretical research and design plan verification,the basic points and technical difficulties of the architecture design of community center in modular construction are summarized,and the future research prospects are proposed.This paper is a preliminary exploration of architecture design of small community centers in the industrialized modular construction,which can provide a certain reference for the future practice of small public service buildings built in prefabricated modular construction. |
