Nowadays, housing construction development scale rapidly, requires living environment for the residents but also with the development of residential and gradually increase, the architects themselves, how to "fine" designed to enhance the quality of living in the living space to create a process. Full follow-up to improve the design details reflected in the design from concept to completion of the entire process, and ultimately design gives the building’s life and its meaning. I personally participated in the project practice, to experience how to create a positive function space exploration architecture combined with the natural environment, with indoor and outdoor space, as well as materials and design details. In public activity center, for example, from a comprehensive perspective design, production, post-construction follow up with elaborate experience to the generation process of the building. In the experience of the whole design process at the same time, it reflects the architectural design stage of the whole process of generating dilemma faced.The paper is divided into five parts, the first part is an introduction to explain the background of the subject, purpose and significance, the present status of research, and the research method and framework.The second part is related case studies, through the East China Area cities: Shanghai, Suzhou, Yangzhou and other local community centers and foreign excellent case study research, analyzes environmental construction, building identification, construction morphology in such public buildings in refining activity center designed for specific guidance in the design processThe third part of the paper and the fourth part is the core section, for community centers affiliated public function, make specific design advice: site resource integration, program internal functional structure, building exterior morphology, followed by secondary deepen in program design: "Fine" Design, detail for each node buildings scrutiny research, and how to design optimization at the venue, cost, function and other constraints, the last construction site based on the whole process of tracking "fine" design under the control and management, the problems faced during the coordination modified again to complete the construction program as well as the final implementation until completion.Part V and Part VI A review of the project, to reflect on the whole process for the design problem, for building "fine" design proposed for the architect and author perception of future prospects.
