Research On The Design Of Chengjia Xiaotou Village Community Center In Rizhao City

In recent years,the construction of rural communities has been generalized throughout the country,which is as an important measure to narrow the gap between urban and rural integration,and has become an important part of the revitalization in rural areas.Its construction content mainly includes the functions of community life,public management and community service etc.As a gathering place for village public services,the community center,it undertakes the functions of public affairs,production and learning,interactive communication,cultural entertainment and other functions of the villagers in the village,and has gradually become a new landmark in the countryside.It shoulders the new mission of rural cultural inheritance,township construction and local ownership.Whether the spatial planning,functional layout,human symbols and other elements involved in the planning and design of rural community centers could accelerate the villagers behavior,psychology,and the efficiency of community management,communication,organization mutual confluence,have become the main problem of consideration in the design of the community center,and the differences in urban-rural regional cultures,lifestyles,and value orientations,resulting in the differentiated characteristics of the design in rural communities and urban communities,has become an important issue of concern in this article.This article is based on the design of Chengjiaaotou Rural Community Center in Rizhao City as the theme,and it comprehensively studies the traditional natural and humanistic characteristics of the coastal location,marine climate characteristics,fishing,salt production methods,the settlement space of the surname village,the fish lamp culture.Design and build a new community center that combines the needs of today's rural community center with administrative functions,public services,cultural publicity,entertainment,and other complex functions to meet the goals of administrative management,cultural self-confidence,uniting people,stimulating community vitality,and reshaping local attachment etc.Through the rational arrangement of building,public facilities,landscape and other matrix elements and folk culture,behavioral cognition,and spiritual needs,and under the framework of multiple functions,reasonable spaces,and distinctive features,we will build an open,pleasant,and efficient new courtyard-like material space,and form a spiritual homeland that carries nostalgia and hope for a new life in the context of cultural revival.The research method of the article focuses on the field survey method and records the life,production,human history and current status in the Chengjiaaotou Village through on-site interviews,record and video,and we could compare the differences between urbanized and ruralcommunities horizontally and seek the community center construction path of Chengjiaaotou Village.Attempt to combine Maslow's five-level needs theory with the theories of design,sociology,architecture,semiotics,etc.to study the relationship between the design and construction methods of community centers and the gradual and increasing psychological needs of Chengjiaaotou villagers based on the rural community center's physiological needs to self-realization.Finally,the actual design case is used to demonstrate and reflect on the theoretical value of this study,with a view to providing a modest force for the construction of rural communities in China.
