Research On The Design Of New Prefabricated Rural Houses Based On Traditional Construction Characteristics In Central Jiangxi Province

Affected by the economic development faults in urban and rural areas,rural housing construction lags far behind urban housing construction in terms of overall design and built quality.Thanks to the prefabricated factory construction model,the problem of insufficient quality and quality of rural construction has been solved.However,the promotion of prefabricated rural houses faces new problems,such as the expression of local characteristics of houses;the transportation conditions of prefabricated parts and pieces,and the general low quality of on-site construction.Therefore,this article expects to combine the experience and characteristics of traditional residential construction to provide design references for the expression of current prefabricated local characteristics.At the same time,it provides new prefabricated construction ideas with traditional construction characteristics for the current two modes of rural construction development-independent construction and overall planning.Based on the research on the traditional construction characteristics of central Jiangxi,this paper hopes to explore a design method of prefabricated rural houses with local architectural characteristics and a certain degree of promotion and large-scale construction.First,through the literature,case collection and theoretical induction on traditional residential construction research and assembly technology theory.Summarize the current frontier research theories and research methods.Then,through field research,we summarized the traditional residential construction methods.Through model establishment and data review,the traditional construction wisdom behind the construction method is analyzed.Then combined with the research of modern prefabricated construction technology,explore the internal connection point between traditional construction and modern prefabricated construction-that is,"modular" construction characteristics.Then,a system and component library with traditional residential construction characteristics are established through modular methods.Combining modern fabricated materials and construction methods,the component library is modernized.Finally,the method of component reorganization is discussed,combined with the shortcomings of the current prefabricated rural houses,a design guidance strategy is proposed.This research has both theoretical research and practical application significance.On the one hand,it summarizes the basic data of traditional residential construction techniques in central Jiangxi.It fills the vacancy in the research content of traditional construction in central Jiangxi.On the other hand,exploring the combination of traditional construction features and prefabricated rural houses will provide practical ideas and methods for the future development of rural prefabricated development in this region and even the whole country.
