Research On Modular Design Method Based On BIM Prefabricated Structures

With the sustainable development of the construction industry in our country,the prefabricated building and the building industrialization once again became a hot issue in construction industry.In recent years as building materials science,component technology and the further development of the construction technology,technical problems have been solved.But the cost of prefabricated construction is so high,the drawing number is too large,the demanding precision is higher and a new method of construction technique is easy to appear problems and so on.These problems are still not improved.The method of designing prefabricated construction is still using the traditional model.It does not change with the change of the construction patterns.These become the key factors to hindering the development and popularization of the prefabricated construction.The prefabricated design process can be divided into two phases of the project,the first stage includes concept design,preliminary design and construction drawing design,this phase with the current cast-in-situ the design idea of the project is the same,the second phase consists of a split design,this phase consists of precast design personnel to carry on the design of a file.Thus fabricated project design method is on the basis of traditional design and a split design phase,it will lead to the designers and costs increased.Therefore,how to improve the traditional design method with the corresponding to the construction of the prefabricated construction methods,it is one of great significance for improving the standard of construction industrialization of information.A new building design approach for prefabricated building is proposed to solve the above problem.Firstly,creating a house type library or a component library classified by architecture,structure,and equipment,then for mating a modular library based on BIM after review,classification and verification and use the model in the model library in architecture design.This article is to build a prefabricated construction modular library based on BIM,and carries on a modular design for the prefabricated construction on the basis of the modular library.Firstly,this paper summarized for BIM technology and the concept of prefabricated construction,analysis of the modular,modular library and modular design concept,and then analyzes the current building design method of the fabricated structure compared to induce prefabricated modular design method based on BIM technology in the construction,and according to the building structure categories respectively made a summary on it.Finally,this paper standardized atlas of the project in Shenyang,and Shenyang Nanke building engineering practice,probes into the concrete design of the modular design process and expression.
